I spend at this hotel 4 nights, after they solved some troubles with Wi-Fi connection everything was according my expectations. The hotel have a great location, so you can easily walk to the big park (aprox 5 min walk). Unfortunately there are also some cons. Mostly the hotel really need reconstruction/renovation, its really old and you can see it and...

One of the best attributes of this hotel is the location, whether a guest is seeking dining, shopping or nightlife, this area has it all. Good hotel very well located. Love Paseo de la Reforma. The hotel is getting old though but has good rooms. Had a great view. The lobby is horrible and oldy. Prefer the Marriott hotel just in front of it.

I am an SPG Platinum with 98 nights. I booked 2 nights with Starpoints then used Suite Night Awards to upgrade to a corner executive suite. The suite itself was nice enough and even had 2 bathrooms. The bathroom located in the king bedroom was terrible: no towel bar, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet (a botched...

Things that travelers should know about this hotel is that they are "American friendly." They have a private taxi service that can be charged to your room - both to and from your destination. It is next door to US Embassy. Walking in either direction along Paseo de la Reforma is completely safe. They have on staff knowledgeable private guides...

Terrible! What happened to this hotel? We had to stay twice within a two weeks period. On our first stay we choose a simple room just for sleep, next time, we booked a room on the tower section to have a better service/choice. No difference. This hotel needs a complete renovation, its trapped on the 80`s. The air conditioned in...

The food is amazing. #2 followed by the four seasons hotel about .5 miles away. Great service. I remembered going in on a stormy day and they had an umbrella saved for me as I came down. The gym space was great and great rates for tennis lesson. $40 USD. Right next to the us embassy so its very safe.
