Not sure if I stayed in an area of the hotel that is closer to the boiler but the water pressure was almost too much. If you had it turned too far up it would sting sensitive areas. The room is average and I don't care for the nasty shower curtain either. What I loved about the hotel is the...

I stayed in this hotel for three nights while in Mexico City on business and was quite disappointed. It is a huge hotel that provides very little in terms of personality which is a pity as it is located in a very culturally rich and lively part of the city. The rooms are average at best - nothing special. Many...

This is a massive hotel next to the US Embassy, so good to have a Starbucks in the premises. The Italian restaurant is good, with some great Mexican dishes actually (so not sure it is altogether Italian. The deli offers an average breakfast buffet experience. Nothing spectacular but good enough. The exercise room/gym is cramped but has good machines. Where...

Stayed a couple of nights here and glad we did. The location and staff can't be beat! We were upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the Ángel de la Independencia. The room was incredible. We ate breakfast in the club lounge and it was very satisfactory. The Club Lounge does not over free wine like some others but it was...

Location is great... located in a beautiful avenue... Near to restaurants and bars, I would recommend capital grille for dinner and cueva de lobos for live rock and some beers... The rooms on the front building are very good, the building on the back is OK.

Stayed here for a week. We've got complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our stay. Breakfast is delicious, variety of choices and nice atmosphere. Room service is excellent, they always try to keep it clean. Walking distance to museums and mall. Restaurants are all over this place. The room we had don't feel very roomy but it's OK. Wi-Fi is limited...

Ideally located next to the Angel of Independence monument and a short walk from the huge Chapultepec Park with all it has to offer (the spectacular Anthropology Museum, Zoo, art museums and more vendors selling more items than I've ever seen), this hotel is a great headquarters location for touring Mexico City. Superb staff, nice dining options on site and...

Best hotel in Mexico City, great staff, wonderful rooms and an amazing location. Look no further, this is the hotel to stay. Great ambiance, the Jorongo bar and Mariachis is the best in town. The USA embassy is right next door and the zona rosa across the street.
