The Four Seasons is a five star hotel that is considered to be the best in Mexico City. It is an elegant full service, big city hotel (Mexico City is the third largest city in the world). The service is impeccable whether it is the reception staff, the restaurant staff or the concierge (they have three concierges staffing the desk...

Stayed here for a 3 night stay to DF, went to see Metallica. The hotel was fantastic.. The area is very nice, near La Condesa and Roma. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, spoke English well. If I am ever back in D.F. I would stay here again! Only downside was Free SLOW wifi, if you want faster...

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City was wonderful, conveniently located, clean, beautiful interior designs, awesome bed and guest room. Very secure, with excellent staff. Hotel was recommended and booked by my travel agent Joe Lagano at Pro-Travel, and he was spot on! I highly suggest this property for leisure or business.

I generally enjoy my stays at Four Seasons hotels, and I also did this time, but overall I found the hotel to be very tired: My room was nice, clean, and very quiet (which I loved), but the decor felt very dated and also a bit random. The hallways were clean but had a musty smell. The gym and outdoor...

I never wanted to stay at the Four Seasons before, I always thought it looked tacky and old fashioned but I gave it a shot this time as St Regis where I have often stayed was not available and the other options were also full. But I must say I LOVED the hotel, I thought it has been tastefully redecorated,...

Dear Marsalondres: Thank you for this delightful review. We are thrilled you enjoyed the fundamental things which we feel truly make a difference at Four Seasons Mexico City like our courtyard, our bar Fifty Mils, our restaurants, location but most of all our gifted staff, we have long known that they are our most important asset and I am very...

Beyond what I expected. Recommended to me by a friend, tried it as a alternative to Las Alcobas. The experience and staff made it my new choice. Extremely happy with the amount of light in the rooms and loved the serenity of eating in the garden at night.

Loved the hotel, but the service upon checking out was being handled by a trainee. As a result I was billed twice and for services which I am still trying to understand. Awful service when trying to sort it out. Emails into black holes and no one has been very responsive. All in all, rubbish.

Location is very good (very close to Chapultepec castle and museums and relatively close to the main square). Hotel is very nice and the service is excellent. Beds can´t get better! The food at the restaurants it´s also very good, specially the Italian.

You can't go wrong at any Four Seasons! Period! And the one in Mexico City is no exception. I had not been there in over 10 years so I was pleasantly surprised with the facelift done to the main entrance! It's a modern welcome blended with the traditional construction of the hotel. Great size rooms, especially the suite which I...

Our association held a conference at the Four Seasons. It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely courtyard in the center. The bar and restaurant have patios that open to the courtyard. Rooms are very spacious and the bath is large and very nice. Great products, too. Plus, coffee machines in the rooms. Food quality was high.
