I visited Mexico City with my grown son for leisure. We found the service to be remarkable. Our butlers, Mario and Maria, were outstanding. By the end of our stay, they anticipated our requests. We were greeted by name throughout the hotel. The buffet breakfast is very nice with many choices. Again, the service at the restaurant was excellent as...

Stayed for one week on business. Beautiful common area and rooms, super comfortable bed, high intensity rain head shower. Free garment pressing (2 articles per day), free shoe shine. My rate included breakfast, which was a high quality buffet. Sort of a Starwood property buffet on steroids. Service was beyond reproach. I tipped well and steadily, and by day two...

I have had the pleasure of having the opportunity to experience many terrific hotels, but the St Regis has a very special warm vibe that radiates through the hearts of the staff. I have found myself in Mexico City under trying circumstances, an emergency hospitalization of a loved one due to an accident. My visit was unplanned and I have...

My best friend and I just stayed 3 nights at the St. Regis Mexico City for a guys getaway. We got a great room rate ($234 with the phenomenal exchange rate being 1:15), and I was upgraded to an Executive Suite (e.g. junior suite) as an SPG Platinum. this could been of my favorite St Regis hotels... more hip and current than most of the other St Regis properties I've stayed at. We recently stayed with my partner at St. Regis the rooms are simply fantastic and beautifully decorated. The service of this hotel is perfect, done by a fantastic and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant was also perfect. The only suggestion I could give, having an artistic background, would be to increase the local touch in the rooms' decoration.
