Lovely, Lovely ! My memories from the balcony bar will always make me smile. We only visited for drinks but it was well worth it ! We had delightful tequilas and a fantastic view. Its nice to add this fancy while in Mexico ! Salute !

The rooms are beautiful. The restaurant is 5 stars. The staff is amazing. There's a personal butler on each floor. There's a heli-pad on the roof. What else do you need? I absolutely loved this hotel, and it was my 2nd time staying there. Opt for the breakfast buffet with your stay - the food is delicious and the breakfast...

Beautiful hotel. Impeccably maintained. Staff is amazing right from when you pull up at the door. Sparkling wine served as we checked in! Location is great. An easy walk to Bosque de Chapultepec, the major park in Mexico City. A great location to launch your trip. My only criticism? The concierge desk kept messing up my transportation reservations. They are...

Great downtown location. Fine service with friendly English-speaking staff. Nice rooms and amenities (pool, hot tub, gym). Breakfast buffet very nice, with good coffee m. Bar food very nice. I like their margaritas. Plus there was a piano jazz trio. During day there is also an espresso bar with sandwiches and French pastries (on first floor). Uber rides easy to...

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights before driving up to Queretaro for a destination wedding at a hacienda. Service generally was fabulous with butler service which we used daily to get a pot of coffee and tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was good and reasonable for about $20 pp. After a full day of touring the pyramids, and...

The staff went above and beyond. Not only did they accommodate a very very early arrival but they bent over backwards to make our stay nothing short of exceptional even the strawberries and champagne that greeted us on day 1 for our anniversary. Would recommend to anyone in town!

This is a downtown hotel - more of a business hotel. But even still, with 2 kids, we had a great stay. Room was gorgeous - seems like a recent remodel. And room service food was excellent. Kids loved the candy bar on the way in. Service was also very good. They are quick and very customer-oriented. When a cab...

The hotel is centrally located, with restaurants on site, so if after a day of touring the megalopolis that is MC you are too tired to seek out a resto offsite, you will eat well here.
