First of all, I'm feeling Mexico city is a very safe city. And this hotel is great. Not just for its convenient location, big room, nice meal.... The most impressed me was people. Everybody in the hotel is friendly, Kind and helpful. It's the best option if you want to visit Basilica de Guadalupe. I'll definitely introduce this hotel to... More

Upon arrival we were greeted and given our electronic key to our room. My expectations were not as great because of previous reviews, but what a pleasant surprise. This hotel was like the high priced high starred hotels, but the price was reasonably fair and cheap for what I got. Entering the lobby at checkin was with a welcome greetings,... More

I have to say this place surprised me, I was expecting ok service. I was looking for a place to stay close to "La Basilica" as that was the main place we were going with my mother, sister, niece and 3 month baby. I booked it, confirmed over email and also advised that I would be arriving sooner and if... More

More

I stayed here with a group while on a tour of the Guadalupe Basilica. The rooms were large and comfortable and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fine, with both American and Mexican foods. Dinner was fine too and the staff was pleasant. The hotel is within walking distance of the basilica, a big plus. The surrounding neighborhood is a little... More

I would stay there again, room was clean and had a safe, staff were friendly and breakfast was OK. I had a room without A/C but you can upgrade for about £10.00. Never used the restaurant for an evening mail, but it was clean.

The hotel was recommended to me by the Basilica staff as it is my first time to travel to Mexico City and I would like to get a hotel near the shrine. It is conveniently located and situated in a safe area. It is near the Villa metro station where you can go to any part of the city via... More

Checking was great thanks to front desk alfonso, we had 4 rooms and only two were ready, but not a problem, drop are bags in hotel storage and went to breakfast. Our rooms were ready by 10am. Free breakfast at the hotel was excellent. We would stay at this hotel again, I will refer family and friends.

Hotel Villa Quijotes was perfectly located for our overnight in Mexico City. It is a short cab ride from Terminal Norte, where we arrived by bus from Guanajuato, and not a long ride from the Internationl Airport, from which we were flying home the following day. The hotel was clean and comfortable, had a nice included buffet breakfast, cable TV,... More

We stayed 2 nights at this place. For orientation, the hotel is located a couple of blocks from The Basilica- so if you are on a pilgrimage, it is perfectly located. As far as visiting the rest of Mexico City- it is very close to the Metro subway system (just about in front of The Basilica) and other public transportation.... More
