Perfect location near the zocalo, the hotel is clean and offers great free breakfast and wifi. The staff is professional and bilingual, and concierge was very helpful. There is also a wonderful roof deck, and two adjoining restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is the first time I've been in Mexico City and the experience was awesome!! Staying at this hotel was great, all the staff was very efficient, helpful, great service, the waters at the hotel restaurant, specially Sebastian, were very very nice. The location was very secure, and the food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious!! I really recommend this...

Perfectly located near the historic center of Mexico City. The building is old but its maintenance is acceptable. I had a major problem: the was no water in the hotel during my stay! I could not use the bathroom at all. Their solution was to bring me buckets with water. I had to go somewhere else.

My 2 friends and I booked into a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed after reading the reviews and having a closer look at the various photos posted. Unfortunately, although service was excellent, breakfast nice and varied, and the free flow of tea and coffee a nice touch, our stay here has so far been disappointing because...

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and much prefer it to the Hilton Hotel at Mexico City Airport. Hampton Inn and Suites is only 30 minutes in a taxi from the airport. Normally we would stay at the Hilton in the airport, but for such a short journey into town, it was definitely worth the...

Perhaps we had expected more given other reviews and write-ups, but in some ways we were a little disappointed in this hotel. On the plus side, the building is attractive and well-adapted, the reception is prompt and warm and welcoming, and once inside you feel insulated from the constant rush outside. On the negative - our room was rather small...

First when you walk into this beautiful historic adaptive re-use you'll be surprised it's a Hampton Inn. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The concierge (which is not common at all for a Hampton Inn) was knowledgeable and quickly and easily assisted us with scheduling a day trip to the Pyramids. Stayed in probably one of their smaller rooms...

My friend and I were very pleased with this hotel. It's centrally located, just two blocks from Zocalo and walking distance to the majority of the downtown/historical landmarks. Head down a few blocks to the Mezcalrias, or try some Pulque on Regina Street. I will agree about the breakfast. While not a BAD breakfast, you almost kind if wish you...

My wife and I were at the hotel for 5 nights. Location is excellent. Staff very helpful. 24 hour free coffee in lobby. Computer in lobby- free. Breakfast started at 6AM which was very helpful, because we had early start tours. Suite was very satisfactory. Terrace was lovely. Highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel is mostly PROs with just one CON. Everything we read on TA on the positive side was true, so won't go over them again. Only CON was a breakfast comment.
