My wife and I just stayed two weeks at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The best things about this hotel are its location and the staff. It is in an old building that was remodeled into the hotel. Some rooms are small, but we had a nice large room. It is located only two blocks from the Zocalo...

Main issue is not hotel but area of town - so it's great for central square but v few restaurants in this area of any note - if we came again we would looked at other areas at and traveled for the city centre. Hotel is fine, medium range US chain and no complaints in room or service. However felt...

I liked the location of this hotel. The price point is decent, too. It is located in the Central Historic district, near many restaurants, and the Zucalo which has the biggest Mexican flag I've ever seen! They take great care to make it a comfortable and safe environment, especially at night. The hotel is charming, and the staff is outstanding, especially...

This is our fifth stay at this Hampton Inn. They maintain the quality of their accommodations and service. Very helpful English speaking staff. A great location to explore historical center of Mexico City. Very nice room with an excellent view. Breakfast was weak point. Has declined in both quality and variety. Great deal for the price

This hotel is in a great location. The staff also is pleasant and is working to please. The reasons I am giving only a good rating are: (1) a very small standard room, (2) the internet going down for a day, and (3) a cooling system that makes no sense. On the latter point, we got hot in the middle...

Located a short walk from all the major attractions, comfortable and clean rooms, with excellent service. Breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable and the views are interesting! An amazing building with a lovely terrace area at the top - an overall great experience! Would definatly recommend for those wanting to be central to everything!

The location is superb if you want an easy walk to the cathedral, shopping, great restaurants. Our room was a suite, number 510. Reasonably clean. Although, when I was there when a maid came to clean, she failed to vacuum. Every other hotel seems to at least give a quick vacuum. The room was stuffy. Our view was of an...

This hotel is housed in a former monastery very close to the central square in Mexico City. The building is rather lovely, which makes it a crying shame that they have chosen to slam a lift/elevator straight through the middle of it! Displays a certain lack of sensitivity. Not much sensitivity, either, in allocating us for a 5 night stay...

Good location 2 blocks from Zocalo. Easy walking distance from many major landmarks. Comfortable bed. Good service. Concierge is very helpful. Lousy breakfast but there is a decent pastry shop across the street. Staff is very accommodating. The area felt very safe. I would stay here again.
