Nice hotel in historic building with great location within 2 blocks of zocalo. We chose to stay in interior room which was quite small but adequate, no noise from outside but some noise from the hotel's atrium, rooftop terrace was good for relaxing outside the room. Staff was very friendly, continental breakfast was good. Had some issues with computers in...

This hotel has an amazing location, close to the cathedral, silver market, free museums and great night life just 2 blocks from the hotel. The staff especially Jonathan made us feel very welcome and from the moment we checked in, every question, phone call and request was attended to immediately. I have traveled a lot but this hotel has some...

We spent 3 nights here in April at the start of a 3 week tour of Mexico. This was a great hotel to arrive at after a very long flight - big, comfortable room, good air conditioning, comfy beds. Very close to Zocalo. Pleasant staff, good breakfast. Lovely coffee bar/cake shop/restaurant on ground floor next to main entrance.

This hotel is a gem. First - the location. Two blocks from the Zocalo. Second - the customer service. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left in a taxi I was treated like a king. This is really a well run hotel!

We stayed here in April for a long weekend whilst exploring Mexico City and environs. It is in a great location, close to the Cathedral and other historic monuments. Wherever we go we check out the local churches and their stained glass windows - it's the first time we have stayed in a hotel with a stained glass roof. The...

What a nice hotel! Friendly staff, small and comfy with clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is just enough for a day of walking and sightseeing. 2 blocks from El Zocalo and a Metro station which is great to get around. The only downside is the walls between rooms are paper thin and you can hear the traffic out your window...

Overall our stay at the Hampton Inn was great! The rooms were spotless, service was great too. We stayed at the 3rd floor and had no problems during our stay. Breakfast had fresh fruit every morning. Edgar with the concierge service was very patient with all of our questions, and was always willing to help us with suggestions and directions....
