Fernanado's b&b is super. Lovely breakfast, conversation with Fernando. Our stay was only one night but this is where I'd return to next time in Mexico city.

We were traveling to mexico on our honeymoon... At first visiting Mexico city didnt seem like the best idea (from what we have heard) but as soon as we walked the door of Condesa Haus everything changed. The host Fernando is just incredible, he will help u with anything and will be a friendly face on every breakfast. The neighborhood...

The rooms are so clean, fresh and comfortable. We had a freshly cooked Mexican breakfast everyday. Great location in a lovely area in Mexico city. A bit of a walk to the metro but not too much. Best thing was the advice from Fernando, the owner or manager. He helped us plan out our 5 days in Mexico city, and...

I stayed at a renovated house that was turned into a boutique like hotel located in the hip neighborhood of Condesa. I was a little concerned at first b/c I am a light sleeper and did not like the prospect of sharing a ‘house’ with others but I was assured by Rosario, the owners assistant that the house was very...

I have stayed in Condesahaus more than once, sometimes for pleasure and other times on business trips to Mexico City. The combination of qualities this boutique hotel has is a rare find in such a massive city like Mexico City. First, the location cannot be beat. A tree lined and quiet street in a great neighborhood just 2 blocks from...

Our trip to Mexico City was made perfect through the wonderful advice and hospitality of our hosts Fernando and Rocio. All of their recommendations proved to be super! The B&B was in a wonderful location where we felt both safe and welcome. We couldn't have found a better place!

Finally a private and tasteful place to stay in La Condesa. The neighborhood reminds me of Palermo in Buenos Aires. It is very safe, and there are a myriad of great resturants and bars all in walking distance. Just ask Fernando, the owner. He is super friendly and knows all the spots in town!! Tip: ask for the Mexican eggs...

I originally found this property by doing a B&B search for Mexico City. I got a good feel for it just from the web, and had equally friendly exchanges with Fernando, the owner. We rented 2 rooms - one for us, one for mother-in-law. The rooms were simple and comfortable, and the old architecture and original tiles/wood floors added a...

My friend and I were very lucky to land on the doorstep of Condesa Haus. Our hosts were lovely, helpful, kind and very friendly. The accommodation was perfect. And the location completely amazing (there's even a great yoga studio right next door). Thank you to Condesa Haus for making me feel completely at home in this wonderful city and for...
