The Hotel is located very near to all you need to see and be around!, only a two blocks away from the popular Colons Theatre; this very old house, with a sense of Spanish Finca, is a very nice place to stay, the rooms are big and the bathrooms very small but clean. I will recommend this place but keep...

Paulina, we appreciate your review! You shouldn't decide to stay with us because we have or not parking space, the location is great. But we should never be rude, we apologize about it. Thank you very much.

The rooms were pretty big and super clean. The staff was great and the breakfast was delicious! Convenient location, right in between both plazas, although it is in a busy area, you could not hear all thee street noise. We were able to check out late with no problem!

Stayed here for two nights and we are happy with our stay! First of all, the location of this hotel is perfect! Just in the main square of the town and closes to everything . We booked a junior suite for one night and a triple room for another night because it was full. But then , the hotel staffs...

Thank you very much for your review! As you say, our location is perfect. Actually, taking taxi to the hotel from the bus station must cost about 50 pesos. I think travelers deserve to know that. Finally, yes, the airport is about 30 minutes away from the hotel, so near!!!

Convenient location to walk around the city, clean room, comfortable bed. Here's the problem, center core building, hard masonry walls, breakfast in the lobby is a loud roar echoing throughout the hotel. Don't plan to sleep in! Breakfast included, limited buffet, not bad, not excellent. Did have nice fruit. Coffee... in-drinkable, but I'm a coffee connoisseur, might be ok for...

Found this hotel on TripAdvisor. Uncomplicated booking. Late check in was no problem - staff was aware of this and warmly greeted me with everything in order. The room is spacious and lovely. The location is fabulous. Breakfast (and I'm talking about a full breakfast) is included in the room price. WiFi strong and steady. Immaculate property. Happy Gal -...

This was first hotel on a recent "3 colonial cities" tour in Mexico. We loved it. You do need to climb stairs and coming 896' to 6,600'...well, I felt them despite being one who climbs them instead of using elevators! The staff was great about handling our luggage. I wish that I could remember the Spanish name for our rooms...something...

Room was away from the street so quiet, with lots of space, 2 more beds upstairs, small bathroom but adequate and good shower. Interior community space was attractive. Would stay same place again, was beautiful city and people

We loved this location! We requested a quiet room and were assigned room 8. This included a loft (king bed upstairs, queen below) with french doors overlooking the interior courtyard. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in the historic district, close to the theatre, several squares, and the funicular. A perfect location.

At check in our Spanish/English was a little "off" but we got our correct room as reserved. Hotel is very historic with an open courtyard that lets the late night noise come into your room. Wear your coat to breakfast as it gets quite cold in the morning. Breakfast choices are adequate for a value room rate. Servers at breakfast...

Tank you so much for your review. I think we have to do something about the lobby, because it´s true, some times is quiet cold in the morning.

The location of the property is excellent. It's easy to stop back to the room and rest during the day. Our room, #4, was large, clean and comfortable. The loft configuration, which seems to be popular in Mexico, worked well for us, as the stairs were sturdy and safe. The breakfast was good, tho the breakfast room (in the lobby)...
