This has to be one of the most beautiful and unique hotels, in a unique and beautiful town. The folk art collection is wonderful, so is the food. The patio is a little paradise.

We stayed at this uniquel place almost three years ago and I still remember it with fondness. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting--the decor truly magical and the food delicious! You can almost feel all the happy spirits around you. Hugo was an excellent host and helped make our second anniversary a very specail evening. The surrounding area is...

This B&B was exceptional for its artistic beauty both in the decor and the gardens - above expectation. The breafasts were a gourmet delight -very gourmet, tasty and original. Felt the place was a bit over priced...you might want to do some creative negotiating. Location was away from town but the bus is readily available and taxis are cheap. One...

I didn't stay at the hotel, but just returned from Mexico and had a thorough tour of the hotel. It is truly beautiful, although some of the rooms are small. I think it's a little overpriced for the area, but it really looks like a museum--each room has a different theme, and it's filled with an enormous amout of Mexican...

I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was fantastic!!! The breakfasts are incredible and keep you going through a day of heavy walking (if you've been to Guanajuato, you know what I mean!)

A totally unique place to stay. This bed and breakfast is one of the outstanding sites of Mexico! An old hacienda restored into a b&b by two artists from California. Charming rooms filled with Mexican folk art, magnificent Tala Vera tiled baths, superb breakfasts, staff very helpful on where to go and what to do in Guanajuato. A beautiful tent filled...

This bed and breakfast is a special place. If you love Mexican folk art, it's the place to stay. The owners have collected folk art from all over the world and displayed it here. The focus is on fabulous Mexican art. It's an ex-hacienda, has an interior courtyard, a glassed-in dining room where breakfast is served and dinner may be...
