Excellent place, it has everything, tranquility, space, price, location, services, staff.
Staying in the suite is formidable, it is comfortable, super clean and we can feel better than at home because it allows you to have that peace of mind that you normally don't have at home because there is always something to do; Here you can rest, the rooms keep the noise out and that helps you rest.
Its location on a main avenue brings you closer to tourist places, restaurants, shopping centers or supermarkets, so you can have fun too.
Excellent option to be in Gudalajara

Overall great value and good experience.
I booked a week stay. When I arrived the first room I was given was a room in the heart of the hotel, good sized room and well appointed. The drawback was no windows. I went back the front desk and asked if they might have a room with a window as I was spending a week in the hotel and being in a room with no windows might make ma a bit claustrophobic in short order. Gladly they moved me to an equal room with window... and terrace. Much better. Small kitchen is appointed with necessities to do simple meals. Big fridge.
The hotel is not what I consider central located and out there a bit but that's good and bad. Nice thing is it easy to get around Guadalajara.
No ice machine and no ice available on property.
Breakfast included is nice and simple breakfast, get there early on weekends.
Pool not heated, but pool in the lobby kinda made it a bit less attractive.
Enjoyed exploring the hotel and looking at and photoing all the many pieces of art.
Fast food available close by, couple nice restaurants as well, shopping (groceries) just behind the hotel a block or so (10 minute walk).
Parking garage.

The attention was really good, clean bedrooms, kind staff and we enjoy the breakfast. It has a lot of sculptures and a piano that plays at certain times of the day. If you enjoy art, this place is for you.

I had a junior suite that I upgraded from a Loft as I wanted a window and most rooms don't have a window. The suites are large, fairly comfortable with a basic kitchen, gas stove and Large fridge/freezer. Closet had 3 hangars, for someone staying 2 weeks, not enough but lots of closets and drawer space to put clothes in. Kitchen had 2 of everything, including pots and pans and basic appliances. Missing was dish soap, dish rack, dish cloth, cutting board or paper towels.
Either have all of this in the kitchen or simply don't provide a kitchen.
Thankfully the maids washed all my dishes every day, so that made my life a bit easier.
The Bathroom water was generally hot but on occasion just luke warm.
The gym is a nice big gym but the equipment is in dis-repair. Too much money spent on Gaudy Decor and sculpture, I am guessing. I did not use the pool as the layout wasn't user friendly, most days it was empty in a pretty busy hotel.
Its very reasonably priced for the size of the room and facilities, including a full Mexican breakfast every morning. I would stay here again.

Great breakfast options, it’s what made our stay worth it. We had the 3 bedroom suite and it was located on same floor as the dining area and it was great. Because of this, we didn’t really use the kitchen much. It wasn’t fully equipped, no toaster no blender, just a couple of pans and some very used spatulas and cooking utensils. The kitchen cabinets are very old, the counter all scratched because it’s been used as cutting board.
The suite was 3 bed and 3 bath. That was great. But overall in a desperate need of some updating. The towels were clean but definitely old. The beds seem also old and some squeaky. Bathroom windows were stuck and we couldn’t really close them all the way. There is some construction going on because we heard the noise.
The parking is free but some spaces are really tight and we missed the garage doors at times bc they blend to the facade of the building.
The decor of the whole hotel is definitely unique. Concierge very nice and helpful.
Would I stay again? Yes for the breakfast and a couple of days (our day was 4 nights). The value reflects what you get.
If you are picky, meaning you want everything new and you want the typical hotel feel, then is is not for you.

This hotel is beautiful! Sculptures and art everywhere you turn! The rooms were very comfortable, our room had a dining room for two people and a super-equipped kitchenette. Located in an area very accessible to shops and restaurants. We will definitely return!

I was greatly surprised, it is better than expected, the hotel has a very peculiar and beautiful design. The suites are very spacious and have everything you need, it is great to have a living room, dining room and kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and all the rooms are spacious and have their own bathroom. I will definitely return. The location is perfect, many restaurants and bars nearby. 10/10

Eclectic place with halls decorated with amazing art and sculptures. The entire place is an Art gallery, for those who love and appreciate Art this is the place to stay. Wake up to a piano serénate and alongside Siqueiro’s and Dali’s replicas.

Not recommend for long stays, rooms are old, AC is available but no proper natural ventilation. It feels claustrophobic at times. Bathroom equipments, Furnitures are not that great. Restaurant is only available for Breakfast and not Lunch/Dinner.

Yes... you can check-in at anytime after 4pm which is our check-in time. our front desk is open 24 hrs.
Hi, we do accept pets with a security deposit of $100 USD. in case that another guest complains about noice from the pet, that would be the only problem.
Pets are allowed with an extra security deposit of $100 USD. in case there are any complaints from other guests about noise from the pet then there would be restriction of allowing the pet.
