Recently we were guests of this hotel and I loved the location to all the historic areas in Guadalajara. This was a great place to visit San Juan de Dios and Tlaquepaque. Restaurant on site made it easy on the go.

Booked with expedia, what would be really nice is to have a floor plan of the rooms. after several visits to Morales Ive learned that not all rooms are the same. Some are not in original building, that is no window to the outside. I dont care for having AC on all night. I prefer a window to the outside....

Very authentic place and really good if you want to experience the culture. I took my parents and my 16 year old daughter who's learning Spanish. It was so easy to walk outside and instantly experience shopping, amazing buildings and authentic tacos!

Nice location walking distance to everything. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Will go back very soon. We really did not have a chance to eat there because we were on the go from the morning til the night. But I can say they have a good breakfast and the bartenders make wonderful margaritas .

“Pay attention to details, light fixtures should be straight, not looking like they might fall at any minute, take a good look at the shower/bathtub, not inviting and dangerous steps. Beds are good but small, not many king size rooms available although our room could have easily accomodate one.”

“If you are a light sleeper, as for room away from the street. Church bell and trafic might get annoying, but that is only if you are picky,”

“Room was comfortable, we had an interior room which had no window but that wasn't a problem. It made for a quiet room. Air conditioner, bathroom facilities etc. were all operating well. Very happy with our room.”
