The hotel is clean, bathroom is decent and staff is nice. my only down is that the room is sooooo hot! You cant leave the A/C unit on if you leave the room because you need to put your key in the electricity box to turn everything on. So,if you go downtown and come back to your room expecting to go...

The hotel is just gorgeous, both interior and exterior. The location can't be beat. It's within walking distance of many great attractions (Catedral, Instituto Cultural Cabañas, Teatro Degollado, Palacio de Gobierno, Panteon de Belen, etc.), as well as lots of good food (I recommend La Chata, about two blocks down the same street). But Guadalajara is a busy city, day...

Beautiful hotel located walking distance from the cathedral. Carriage rides available across the street and a night club down the street. Several restaurants nearby...definitely recommend Casa Bariachi (10 min car ride) where you can enjoy an amazing mariachi. Staff was very nice and helped recommend safe places to enjoy. Will be back!

Wonderful hotel in great location for walking around the historic downtown. We had an early flight out of guadalajara, so we just stayed the night before to catch a cab to the airport. We made the best if it by walking to the cathedral, had a great dinner and took a horse carriage ride that took us to see all...

Very nice hotel, close to sightseeing locations. Hotels has beautiful courtyards and terrace. Within walking distance to cathedral and museums. Staff was very helpful with onsite concierge. My only complaint was the bed, the mattress was hard to sleep on.

We spent only one night in the hotel , but we had good experience . They were even good enough to offer us late checkout. Location of the hotel is terrific. It's a walk distance from most of the historic sites in the city.

Although downtown, the Morales is on a relatively quiet street (a major thoroughfare is a block away), so the noise levels are perfectly tolerable. Much of the staff is English...
