When we first arrived for the first time, we were amazed by how well the service was. The room was very well refreshed, our luggage was brought to our room for our convenience and breakfast included could not be left out. Food was quickly made and buffet style breakfast was a good way to start our day. Over all a great service.

The rooms are really nice and comfortable.. the facility offers free Wi-Fi and a gym. Workers are very friendly it also included a breakfast and it was delicious I would recommend a 100% the location is on downtown of guadalajara

The Gumont is a great option to stay in Guadalajara, the personnel has a great sense of service, the rooms are a decent size for a family up to 4 or 5, and are kept clean, breakfast is very good, specially the chilaquiles, prepared at the moment, they are so good. Also it has a great location, 10 to 25 minutes drive to most places of interest like the “Pueblos Mágicos”. We 100% recommend it.

Hotel has been top notch, super clean, breakfast is a big highlight, Decor modern. Rooms comfy and super clean,, air condition works great gets very cold for these hot days. All staff super friendly and attentive.

People makes the difference!!! While my room had a bit of noise from the hall and didn't had security box, I just commented that to the staff and they immediately switched me to a different room with better noise isolation and security box. Not to mention the exquisite breakfast, specially the chilaquiles. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Location is great as well. The staff is the highlight of this hotel.

What makes this a 5 star review was the extraordinary treatment after an unpleasant experience. After a hard day of work, I came back to the hotel exhausted only to find that my room had not been cleaned! Went to the front desk, and they immediately sent somebody up to verify. As I just wanted to unwind, I did not want my room cleaned. Pictures were taken and the following morning at their very nice breakfast, I was asked how my stay was by the man that was preparing the very tasty chilaquiles. I told him of my disappointment at what had happened, and it turns out, he was the owner of the hotel! He told me that nobody should have to endure that, apologized, and he promptly refunded my previous night’s cost, no questions asked. Incredible service! As for the hotel, it is pretty basic. Rooms are adequate, clean but small, beds and linens excellent. The hotel has a restaurant that is only open for breakfast, and no bar. l am told the lack of adult beverages will be remedied with a rooftop bar in the next 6 months. This will be a welcome addition. I will definitely stay there again. They have earned my business and respect.

From the time I entered your hotel, everything was great. The greetings, the smiles and the warm hospitality. It’s a great compact hotel. The breakfast was very traditional Mexican and the gym was awesome.
At the breakfast, the staff were very accommodative and they tried their best to assist you.
I will definitely come back and strongly recommend this hotel.

The beds were so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and the service was excellent. The only negative was the slow WiFi available for free. Hard to connect and slow. I didn’t mind because I came for vacations. I will recommend and will return in the future.

Overall the building is maintained very nice and clean.
Security was always present. Every hotel staff member is professional in manner, customer service, and in appearence.
The rooms were neat and clean and the maid service was outstanding
The terrace bar is very nice and comfortable to wind down. It could be nice if open seven days a week.
The breakfast that was included was delicious and outstanding.
The service is of four diamond quality. The restaurant staff is very professional at all levels.
Congratulations to the great team at Hotel Gumont… It was the 2nd stay and it was fabulous Enrique, Joseph and Pablo treated us so kindly that they made us feel at home At Reception Atziri and Rosa, always friendly. The same for Jackeline who tidied up our mess in the room and made sure that there were no missing amenities.Thank you !!

Excellent service and comfy rooms, clean and nice breakfast buffet. People very helpful and kind. The room is big enough and bathroom. With hair styler and Iron for your clothes without extra charge. Very good price and option nearby mall and downtown
