We stayed four nights at Olga Querida and will return on our next trip to Guadalajara. It is an easy walk to the centro and near subway and bus routes. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Lucy, the bilingual manager, is very helpful and friendly too! Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable...what's not to like?

We wanted something central and at a reasonable price. I think we got what we expected. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the centre of Guadalajara (University Square) and buses run right past the door for US$ 0.50. The metro is three blocks away. The area may seem somewhat dowdy, (we arrived quite late at night when...

It is a good hostel for the price. The location is good but not the best. The room I stayed was a little bit dusty, specially the bed sheets, we had problems with the shower, as the water heating system was very slow. The breakfast it's OK but in my opinion they should try to improve the quiality of the...

I stayed in the girl’s dorm room, it was really comfortable and everyone was respectful and nice. One of the best things about this B&B is the common...

With a thunderstorm on day 1, we left the doors open and it was pretty neat, almost like sleeping outdoors. It's a great location to access historical Guadalajara and Lucy...

Her name is Lucy Camacho and she made our stay at Olga Querida a pleasant experience. The B&B itself has a nice home-like feeling to it. The room that Lucy gave us overlooked the patio and had its own balcony. We used the main kitchen as and when we needed. Lucy also gave us information about Guadalajara and arranged our...
