There are many hotels in the area that sell you with the idea that they are close to the expo, this one fulfills that, just two blocks from the expo, from my point of view it is one of the best options if you are looking for a nearby hotel, the The breakfast they include is good and varied, the rooms are a regular size, but the attention of all the staff is excellent, from the person who greets you at the entrance to the person who cleans the rooms. It is the second time we have stayed there to go to the FIL and we would do it again. It has affordable prices if you book in advance.

We had a wonderful time in Guadalajara. Choosing Hotel Plaza Expo was the best decision we made. It’s a beautiful hotel, with comfortable beds spacious rooms and excellent service. The only thing I wish I had was a mini fridge. Everything else was perfect! The location is so close to the Expo and shopping places, and a Starbucks nearby too with an Oxxo right in front. We love it! The staff was friendly and attentive at all times. We will definitely be back and stay here.

Very good facilities, very clean and pleasant. Very attentive and helpful staff in general. Restaurant and bar with very good presentation and cleanliness. Food must be improved. The room was very well presented and clean, functional air conditioning, the phone in my room was never able to make a call to room service. Good overall.

We stayed 3 nights, book through booking 2 rooms. One of them booked a king bed and upon arrival they gave me a double bed, the sink needs a lot of maintenance when I used it it had a leak that got wet everything I had nearby if you don't have the mini split on the musty smell is very strong , I was in the room that has a carpet with white socks that turned out to be black. If you're just going to sleep, it's fine. Which was our case, the buffet breakfast is good.

A place with the 3Bs! Good location, the service was mostly good and it is a quiet place to rest.
It has good Wi-Fi connectivity and the buffet breakfast is good, perhaps the only thing I didn't love is that the rooms are completely closed and even with the air conditioning you can feel a lot of humidity inside the room.

Exceptional service. In the restaurant and bar are amazing. From the waiter and cook to the captain. The room/price ratio fantastic. Breakfast is very good. So good that you can tell that people in the area will enjoy it too. For improving the showers in the room. But it's a minor detail and maybe just a matter of taste.
The quality/price is exceptional. That there are better hotels and such? Sure. But what it offers me when I travel for work is second to none. Location , amenity in the treatment, fantastic service, very good price and feel comfortable.
I highly recommend it. The sales manager is a girl named Ale and has a formidable team to make the customer happy. Congratulations.

The beds were very comfortable and clean, the elevator was comfortable, the service was very efficient, the cleaning of the rooms was very good. The breakfast was very delicious and very good service from all the staff and very quiet. I would really recommend it and when I return to Guadalajara I will surely be in the same hotel.

When I travel, I like to arrive at a warm hotel that makes me feel at home. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a conference and its price. My experience was pleasant; all the staff were very kind, and their service was genuine, which made me feel more comfortable. The room I booked had two beds, was quite spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, and had a city view. The breakfast was delicious and had more variety than other hotels. I would definitely return; I felt very happy, thank you :)
