If I could give a 0 I would! Do not waste your time here! I don't know if they are running a scam or if they truly are incompetent! I paid through Hotels.com for 2 nights because of a great rate, when I got to the hotel they told me "their system was down, and they could not confirm that... More

I was there for a pleasure trip and end up with the worse nightmare one can imagine! It was a terrible experience finding myself sleeping on a bed full of bedbugs and waking up with my body full of bites caused by these tenacious bugs. But the worse thing is that the hotel staff was aware of the problem and... More

I am quite picky but i must say that for about 50 euros a night its quite ok ! Had two rooms and one was way better than the other ... hit or miss ! There is a small pool and a nice big roof terrace! Breakfast is average For 50euros you can t expect too much but they give... More

We only stayed one night as were waiting for our flight. Building is beautiful showing old architecture combined with modern amenities....but it doesn't look run down at all. Service was excellent with every person we interacted. Pool looks nice but is small. However, it was hard to sleep as we could hear everything in the room next door when trying... More

Dining room service and duplication of what is needed for your food and how it should be cooked is poor. The help speaks very little English. Concier left me stranded at a restaurant far from where I asked to be taken when he communicated to the cab driver.

Very nice hotel. We live a few blocks away. We have had drinks there. They are always busy even with the depressed times. Very clean and good service The building is lovely. I would recomend it. Pricing is a bit high but it is down town an within walking distance of a lot.

3 1/2 stars. Better than average but not quite 4 stars. We were given a good size room with our own private terrace overlooking the pool area. Our room was very quiet & the bed was comfortable. We did see another smaller room in the hotel & don't think we would have been as happy if we stayed there. I... More

This hotel is centrally located in the Historical District of Guadalajara. Its Spanish architecture and its decorations reminds you of days past, when royalty would visit. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. It has a very good restaurant on the premises and a swimming pool. You can walk to the Plaza, the Museum and... More

This hotel can be a bit hit or miss. It is a bit pricy compared to some of the other hotels in the area, but the location may be worth the extra fee for most people. It really is just a block away from the Teatro Degollado, so you can easily walk most of the historic center while staying only... More
