My choice of hotels is always a Hilton or Hampton Inn and when I stay in Guadalajara it is this Hilton for its great location service and staff! This Hilton also has and excellent restaurant for lunch or dinner. And just across from it is a nice café for breakfast. Both are very convenient for entertaining customers or business guest....

We had to escape from the hurricane in Puerto Vallarta and ended up getting two rooms on the executive floor level 19. We had one room with a king bed, and one room with two queen beds. The room with queen beds have a tub/shower combination, and the room with the king bed had a shower. Our hotel was packed...

Great food, mostly tapa-style. If it says "one piece," that's what you get - a little plate with one little piece of food. But tasty mexican food. The cheese-filled fried plate was gooooood. One tip: if you're in a hurry, tell them. It took forever to get our check, and then to get it back after they took our card....

We took off from Vallarta on Thursday evening and arrived to the Hilton GDL around midnight. We stayed on the executive floor and I have to say that this is a great hotel! Very central, excellent, organized and very pleasant staff, even though they were in crisis mode with the hurricane situation. We felt very comfortable. The suites are beautifully...

ok, after traveling for much of the day, we finally arrived in Guadalajara and frankly, was unsure what type of place we would be staying (the hotel was booked by our group leader). If you attending any event hosted at Expo Guadalajara this hotel is a good option. It's really functional and in a nice neighborhood. You'll find a few (very few) things to do in the region. The only problem I had was a kind of rude treatment for my Uber drivers (twice).
