I had a problem in the restaurant, I was charged for 3 buffets, 2 for adults (children aged 11 and 5) and 1 for a child. There was misinformation about whether or not the reservation applies to food. I tried to clarify with the person in charge of the restaurant after eating and there was no willingness to listen to the request, they informed me that the team was not there, so I withdrew to a personal commitment and hoping that when I returned in the afternoon I would have the opportunity to talk about it with the gte, who was not present either. As a result of this, I was denied access to the parking lot and they blocked me from accessing the room to force me to pay. This happened on the 1st day of the stay, of the total 5 days. Finally, I was charged even though the buffet was 2x1, so I could access the room and park my unit. I didn't think it was fair what I paid for what was consumed. Staff are not empowered to resolve issues in the manager's absence.

This is a pretty clean hotel in the center of Guadalajara. Walking distance to lots of shops and Jewelry building. The breakfast was for Mexican people but thanks to the restaurant server who helped me every time and got me something else from the kitchen. The staff was very good except 1 person. Elizabeth, a front desk employee was the only person who was all time rude, either its on the phone or in person. Otherwise everyone was very helpful and polite. I would love to go back and stay at this hotel without any communication with Elizabeth. Kenya and Barbra were awesome and Flex the security guard also nice people. Thanks to all.

We were at Hotel Gamma from July 26 to July 29, 2023.
Considering that we knew beforehand that it is a 3-Star Hotel, I will be objective in my Opinion.
THE GOOD
Location-------Excellent--- blocks from the historic center
Staff----------Excellent-- Always Friendly and willing to help. From Reception, Bar, Restaurant and workers in general
Beds --- Clean and comfortable
Breakfast---Buffet included very good and varied all 3 days
THE NOT SO GOOD
Regardless of being 3 Stars, it is NOT synonymous with dirt. Although the beds and bathrooms were clean, THE CARPET in the room was too dirty (not to mention another stronger word). Personally, I did NOT dare to walk without socks on the carpet. Excessively dirty and stained.
The Website indicates Laundry. It wasn't true. When I asked at the reception they told me that they did NOT have a laundry room. Very bad because we came from a 9-day tour and we had planned to wash there.
Gym, It does not have the machines that the photos indicate right now. We still use it to walk
Would I stay again or recommend, YES. Just make the observation that they give you a 100% clean room.

The staff's attention was terrible and instead of addressing your needs they questioned the reason for the requests. There was no water and no one attended to the request. The curtains in the room were bad, torn and dirty. Foul smell in the room and they only went to add air freshener but the smell continued.

Great hotel’s location right in the heart of the historic city center. Very nice and reasonable price for the Superior King Room (approximately $45 per night with all taxes and fees). Big room (my room number was 4416) with the big windows and a lot of day light. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is outdated and needs to be remodeled. Super slow, small and old elevators. Once the elevator even got stuck with people inside. Very basic not “fresh” looking room (it felt very dusty there). Everything needs to be completely cleaned there or even better replaced. Awful looking small bathroom with tiny shower stall. The bathroom amenities were of a poor quality and smelled bad. Old hairdryer which did not work well (very low hot air pressure). Slow Wi-Fi.

Sorry to say, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone with standards. This hotel is filthy. The showers don't drain, the sheets are dirty and the bed(s) were just changed. The carpets are disgusting (can not walk barefoot). The first room, had a broken desk chair, we asked for a replacement, but they did not deliver. When the shower didn't drain, they moved us to a smaller room, still filthy with a stained chair. I am sitting on a dingy towel as I write this review. My husband and I are checking out in the morning. They were nice to us, but did not deliver on any promised of fixing the items we mentioned were broken. The location is good. If you are backpacker, it's better than a tent. That's about all the good I can say. Sorry Gamma, time to up your gain.

We went shopping for my birthday and wedding, and we really liked the hotel because it has spacious and clean rooms, as well as being located in an ideal area for shopping. The attention we received from reception and Felix was very good. I think they only have to improve the quality of the breakfasts, from then on everything is excellent, widely recommended.

With the fiesta reward program, the stay was actually very economical. The rooms are good, but for what the inn chain offers in other places, this particular hotel can improve. Good things:
* price with the fiesta reward program.
* location.
* decent, clean rooms.
Things to improve:
* amenities
*there is no coffee or tea for guests like the one.
* reception service.
* hotel store.
* The maids knock on the door in the morning as if on a tour, I don't like it, if you are sleeping it is annoying.
Very bad things:
* reception bathroom, dirty, ugly.
* elevator, very old, gives little confidence when going up.

The hotel is generally neglected in its structure... it needs a thorough renovation... although the staff makes an effort to keep it clean, the hotel can no longer be helped by cleaning itself. Needs renovation of furniture, rooms, etc. The carpets are old and stained. The sheets and blankets look old... the bathrooms already need renovation

Hotel was very clean, with a friendly, helpful staff. Most had some knowledge of English. Room was spacious. Prices were reasonable. Perfect location to WALK to many of the city's sights, including the Cathedral and museums. Wide variety of restaurants within a few blocks. Highly recommend this hotel.
