I stayed with my husband, 5,2,8mo children and granny. Great space-We had a large room; double beds, small living area with futton couch and TV also, bathroom had jetstream tub. The matresses are okay. Extra blankets provided.

I don't remember when the restaurant opens at the hotel. But the hotel is in the center of historic Guadalajara and there are numerous restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance (Avenida 16 de Septiembre) that open early every morning if the hotel restaurant is not open.

No. But then again I have seen few hôtels in Mexico with a safe in the room. Probably in the all inclusives on the beach.
You can probably store your expensive items at the reception.
