This is a nice hotel. Downsides: 1) on a highway and in a neighborhood surrounded by highways so not a very walkable place. 2) room service closed early and there is no where else to get food after midnight [possibly due to covid]. Upsides: 1) in between Zapopan and GDL and conveniently located between both cities major attractions. 2) close to RIU and a cool view from the rooms. 3) awesome rooms! Great beds. Beautiful bathrooms. Very luxurious feel. Overall I recommend it if you’re looking for a city getaway and not a traditional stay.

OkWe paid $600 for the Governor’s suite and they charged me for getting makeup on one towel?? They didn’t mention any of this when we were checking in. I called downstairs to ask for scissors to cut something on my luggage, an hour later I just walked down there to get the scissors. They didn’t put bars of soap in our room, so I called downstairs and asked for soap and extra lotion, 30 minutes later called again and an hour later, we finally got soap and shampoo? I said I asked for lotion. Then, when we were checking out, there were 3 people checking us out and everyone of us was getting charged for towels? And they even ask you if you’d like yo take it home with you. The hotel is beautiful, but why stay here when there are way better hotels like the Intercontinental and the Hard Rock. This hotel is nice and clean, but it looks like a corporate hotel. All the rooms all decorated with a lot of grey, like in a corporate and dull world, and the bathroom door is not opening/closing very well. Also they are cleaning the room at 6pm...which it never happen before in any place where I travelled and stayed.
