The place is hidden in the middle of Cuernavaca, but once you get here you'll forget the hazzle. A beautiful garden and, although I'm not a fan of animals in captivity, you'll be able to see crowned grey cranes, peacocks, parrots and some other birds. Service is excellent, they speak fluent english. Breakfast is delicious. Enjoy! Thanks to the staff.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Cuernavaca. We intended this visit to be a decompression from a week in Mexico City and it could not have been better. The property is beyond description, the service outstanding and the food was awesome! If you want a true flavor of Mexico, this is it! Why stay in a cookie-cutter luxury...

Las Mañanitas has always been the "go to" hotel in Cuernavaca. Its centric location, as well as the marvelous rooms and gardens make it ideal for a first time visitor or business trip. If there were a glitch I would say the 2 a.m. Singing Peacocks were not terrific. I also found the quality of the food not what it...

Escamoles and gusanos rojos (chimiquiles), adorned the entries in the menu of this beautiful, colonial building and gardens. Other standard fare is available, but this was a departure from the standard fare and into traditional and uncommon plates. The chiles ennogados, for instance, were outworldly, and the blue corn tortillas accompanying the appetizers absolutely succulent. Come, have a Mezcal or...

We have been coming to this hotel for many years. We love the charm of the rooms, the grounds and the restaurant. In general the spa is also very good, however my husband and I booked an 8:00am massage and at 8:30 one of the therapists still had not down up. We had to leave for the airport, so we...

There is no way this beautiful site should be ranked number 8 in Cuernavaca! Most 4-5 star hotels in Mexico are really 3-4 stars, but not this one. Yes, Mexico has suffered in the last 7 years due to the news. Foreign travel is down in Mexico. But this place will take good care of you. There is just nothing...

The hotel and its surroundings and installations are amazing. Birds wonder the grounds, the pool is the perfect temperature, the spa service is fantastic and a really relaxing place to spend the afternoon in the sunshine. The reception desk team were helpful, the rooms are well equipped and clean, but the restaurant service was terrible - over an hour to...

Escape into the gardens and wonderful setting that are Las Mananitas. This visit we stayed in one of the historic rooms and loved the old world quality of it. The food onsite is wonderful as are the margaritas. The birds roaming the grounds are an added delight and the spa is terrific- a must do.

We came to Las Mananitas from bustling Mexico City and it was such a wonderful relief. The grounds are manicured, the rooms are charming, lovely pool and spa topped off by the parrots, flamingos, peacocks and cranes moving freely around the property. We had room #11 with a lovely terrace and we chose to have breakfast there each morning. This...
