I visited the hotel on Sunday for brunch. The food is really good and tasty, plus the view is absolutely gorgeous with their beautiful gardens and Asian architecture. Perfect for families, friends and couples. Remember that the buffet is available from 10 am to 3 pm, and only on weekends.

Me and my team (party of 7) attended a 2 day workshop here. Nice grounds, beautiful surroundings, good food but service was very disappointing, slow & bad, with no coordination between what was offered and what we found upon arrival. Rooms were a trip back in time (80's if not 70's). Old, dark, noisy, and all fittings worn out. The...

We spent one night there, the gardens are beautiful, and the service is good as well. If you liked the pictures, then you will like the place. The rooms are a little bit old, but in very good shape. The food is not their strength though , It's better to go to town. Net, I wouldn't mind staying again, But...

Food at the Japanese restaurant was not only bad, one of our party was slightly ill after eating there. Our room was not made up, but the complimentary coffee was taken out of our room before checking out, meaning we could not get a coffee in the early afternoon. Wifi was supposed to be complimentary according to their web site...

This hotel has incredible landscapes, but as soon as you get to the facilities you realize that you're back in the 90s I was there as a guest to a wedding and the first thing I asked is which of the gardens the wedding would be, I told say the first name of the future spouses and they said they...

I have stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding. The restaurant service is terrible: poorly staffed, took too long, got the food very late, and cold. Many complaints from many fellow customers. Also, there is a lingering stench of sewage near the hotel room building, right outside my door. Not worth the price. Also, the bed mattress was...

We waited like 1 hour to be attended, since we stayed there for a wedding, and the hotel does not have enough waiters neither cooks. Tuna was frozen and dehidrated. We went to our room and got inside the bed, and a cockroach was inside! Flew to the TV And there were several i side the room. They changes us...

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, amazingly Japanese looking, the details, wow. The gardens, also beautiful. But the service is awful. They are slow, they are rude, they do things badly. We ordered our check, it was over $1,000 pesos more than what we owed because they charged to our table, food and drinks from others. We had to send it...

The place is spectacular, the attraction is obviously the Japanese theme and fulfills that purpose. I think that for a while now this hotel has been losing category. This time we found many things that make this the last visit, just to name a few: Completely outnumbered, with more rooms than the common areas can withstand, this makes waiting 1...
