We stayed 7 nights, 11/02/14 to 09/14. Room 202, one of the original rooms. Fantastic view, decent beds, good AC, but plumbing very tired. Had to have the toilet fixed several times. Didn't overflow, just wouldn't fill the tank. WiFi available in the lobby, and a different WiFi back in the restaurant and pool area, with a different password. None...

I traveled to Zihua with a large group and Hotel Irma was pre-booked for us. The place exceeded my expectations for a simple, 3-star hotel. My single room (15) was above the pool and had the most amazing view of the bay. It was nothing fancy, but clean with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioner. Unlike others, who...

The folks at Hotel Irma were great. The food was very good, pools wonderful and the location was great. Not too close to town but definitely an easy walk, either by the road or on the beach path. The spa was incredible - open air to the ocean, and a very good massage. Only thing lacking was a little more...

Looking for a peaceful location to recharge our batteries this was the perfect venue. Staying during the summer the price of the room was very economical. The hotel is full of Mexicans with families at this time of year and we met many friendly people and had the chance to practice our Spanish, I definitely will be back next low...

Went down for a destination wedding for a friend. We all stayed at Hotel Irma. This hotel is on a hillside with great views. We requested an ocean view and were on the 3rd floor (no elevators) and the view was spectacular. This is not a 5 star hotel but very authentic. Simple room, simple bathroom, but did have air...

As a three star hotel in Mexico the amenities were as expected. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very nice. Food was good. Where Hotel Irma let us down was when we went to check-in to our ‘ocean view room’ (paid for in advance) we were told there was no ocean view room left and that we would have to...

Hotel Irma is high up on the cliff with great views and a nice pool area. There are stairs to the beach from the pool area. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet, which is some cases , comes with the room. The restaurant was very average for lunch and dinner. There are several restaurants just down the road that...

Our favorite spot in Zihua, perched on the cliff overlooking the bay. Spectacular view, the restaurant (plus superb Mexian dishes) provides a beautiful view of nighttime Zihua. Staff very friendly, proficient in Spanish and English. Great infinity pool, and poolside service. Very Mexican in colours and atmosphere. Nice rooms, not luxurious but who needs luxury when you have that view.

A solid 3 star hotel, not super luxurious but a very good value for the price. Wifi in lobby only, perhaps not great for elderly travelers due to the stairs. Happy hour 2 for 1 drinks! Staff helpful and attentive, nice 15 minute walk to downtown. 2 pools and awesome sunsets from the pool area. A great choice for budget...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were great. The staff always had smiles on their faces and we're very kind and accommodating. The ocean views were beautiful. We were on the sixth floor which was a good climb, but we are in good physical shape so it wasn't a problem for...
