They lost my reservation and I had to find another hotel until RCI got my reservation confirmed. When I was able to check in I had horrible service and the room was a dungeon. I checked out five minutes after I checked in even though I had already paid for the week. The pictures of the hotel and information about... More

Stayed for 2 weeks. Starting from the Pick up at the airport, leading us to the most comfortable and clean Villa. The location to everything is close and just a short relaxing walk to the nicest beach in Zihuatanejo. Never had a bad meal at any restaurant and Ruben is the most hospitable host. Thank you Ruben for a fabulous... More

This was my 4th time staying at this resort, and it keeps getting better each time. The staff that does activities are so much fun, and added to pool time in a big way. Loved the water arobics at noon. Who would not want to take that class from Rafael...or as I like to call him...the younger Mario Lopez. Oliver,... More

This is the 3rd time we stay in Villas del Palmar with Reuben and just can´t say how much we recommend him, this time he took us to this beautiful beach called Barra de Potosí and we went kayaking, and also had the best seafood!!! Overall, we highly recommend the Villas, they are very well located and the attention by... More

I can say so many good things about our stay in Zihuatenejo. Fishing, food, tequila, it has it all. We were very happy about our choice to stay here. The rooms were Huge, spacious, and very clean. Most importantly, we valued the hospitality of our new friend Reuben. Meeting him at the airport will always be one of the highlights... More

We just spent a week in Villas del Palmar and i have to say that the whole scenery is amazing, you feel inside a jungle. Rooms are well equipped, nothing luxurious but just what you need for a trip in the beach. Our room came with a kitchen but we did not use it given that food in Zihua is... More

8 of us, 2 little kids and 6 adults enjoyed our 2012 Christmas vacation in one of the villas and we had a wonderful time. Parts of the pool were always in the shade, helping to protect our white Alaskan skin. Ruben picked us up at the airport and made us feel like family. The Villa was clean with lots... More

I cannot say enough about Villas del Palmar. It's so beautiful, comfortable and in the best location. Ruben, the owner made us feel so welcome and so at home. He was a wonderful host and helped us get bus timetable information, gave us great recommendations around Zihua and was just lovely to talk to. We got a penthouse with an... More

We have stayed at Villas Del Palmar many times and have known Ruben for many years (we actually consider him "our family member in Mexico"). This is by far the BEST place to stay in Zihuatanejo. The property is beautiful, the location perfect, the rooms are well equipped and roomy and the food at Jungle Pizza is great. If we... More
