we booked this hotel through Thomson holidays traveling on the Dreamliner ( excellent flights and crew ) and the website states it's a 4T hotel , 5 star official. It's a good 3 star in my opinion.

Unfortunately I don’t think you can book prior to arrival. If you booked the superior room, ocean view, you can book the al a carte restaurants as often as you like. Regular bookings are 2 for every 7 days. You must book with guest services in the hall behind the lobby bar. Surf and Turf is fantastic.
