We stopped at this beach bar on a ocean hike we did. It felt unreal, it was the most relaxing secluded feeling place on our trip. I would suggest having a drink and maybe a meal here. Hiking from Boca takes about an hour and a half and is well worth it.

We booked this spot, went by water taxi and had a lovely time. The service was great and the views allowed me to relax quite a lot. WHAT was strange for me was the choice of music. A lot of boom, boom base in this relaxing place. I asked them to turn down the music and it allowed for a...

We loved this place! We did the hike from Boca to here, and had lunch. It was on New Year’s Day, and they were almost all full from reservations. They fit us in at the bar, but we were the last ones and saw them turn others away. Definitely recommend reservations. The beach here (playa caballo) is SO much nicer...

We spent the day at this amazing beach club and were totally blown away. It's a small private beach, reachable by a 5minute boat ride. So worth it! We were having some beers when one of the owners arrived with an amazingly fresh tuna fish. It had just been fished a couple of minutes before. Best tuna I've ever had....

We drove to Boca de Tomatlan and took a "panga" to Casitas Maraika... Nice service, great beach for snorkeling and paddle boarding... My family enjoyed themselves here, and they really liked the food and specially the Nutella crepes. Great beach to relax with the kids!

“We stayed in the only casita that is not a palapa -meaning no thatched roof. It was casita luciernaga and it was wonderfully romantic. We toured several of the others and they were all beautiful with open balconies and open rooms. There are no windows or screens but all the beds have netting and we had no trouble with bugs although we did bring bug spray.”

“The casitas rent for different amounts. You'll be placed in the one most appropriate for the size of your party. Each of them are unique. They each have at least one full restroom and a half restroom as well.”
