We did not stay at this hotel. However, Hotel Rosita allows for people to come and use the pool on a "day pass". It costs 100pesos (about $7CAN) per adult, and half of that fee becomes credit for food or drink. This does NOT include the use of a towel, so make sure to bring your own. The pool is...

Loved the quaint rooms with and without ocean views. Safe to be right downtown near everything. The farmers market is just across the street on Sunday and Wed. A great place to meet up with friends and family. Have stayed there 3 times and have another trip planned next March.

I stayed at the Rosita on my first trip to Puerto Vallarta about ten years ago. In recent years, I have preferred, for purely personal reasons, to stay in another location. On this trip, however, I found my accommodations unacceptable and I was very happy to be able to get a room at the Rosita. As other reviewers have noted,...

If you are looking for a Mexican hotel with traditional Mexican decorations and extremely friendly staff without a lot of fancy frills this is your place. They have a wonderful lobby to sit in and relax, a beautiful pool with a lot of seating and a wonderful restaurant right on the beach and at the beginning of the Mallecon. The...

It was a very nice place to stay. They had live music while eating their breakfast buffet. Very clean environment. The staff was always polite and was willing to do anything to make your stay better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very simple, but neat and clean. The location is perfect. Not too crazy about the breakfast buffet, but there is a Starbucks and a Mc Donalds right across the street, and plenty of good restaurants right down the street.I liked the fact that if we walked out of the front of the hotel, whether we went right...

Located at the end of the Malecon. Has nice pool. Rooms were clean and staff was nice and helpful. Came with breakfast and had nice one man band music in the evening. Looking to stay on the Malecon this is a good choice. Usually very affordable. Around $50 US. Food was good. Happy hour daily!

I have been going to the Rosita since the 80's. I always enjoy my time there and feel welcomed every time. They have new beds and I was so happy not to feel like I was sleeping on a cardboard box.
