We visited the restaurant at Casa Fantasia in Puerto Vallarta in April 2017 and we were all very impressed. They were just getting ready to close for the summer, probably exhausted after the busy Easter holiday, but they accommodated our group of four very gracefully. I definitely will go back the next time I visit P-V. The restaurant is centrally...

This is a small boutique hotel, quite cute within a short walk of the Malecón. We only went there one night so that we could catch a water-taxi to Yelapa, the main part of our trip. We enjoyed how centrally located near the Cathedral, the Malecón, Los Muertos Pier and many art galleries. The restaurant was nice and classy. The...

We had both breakfast and dinner the same day at this "find" of ours even though it was Just across the street from where we have been staying for five or six years, walking past it many, many times, yet never going in. ( PV has so many restaurants and such a variety of places to eat, with many old...

So this was part of a short getaway in early March. As anyone who's lived through a particularly dismal Seattle winter knows, we take our getaways to sunnier climes very seriously. That's why I was so looking forward to this trip to Puerto Vallarta! After a typical flight, I arrived in Puerto Vallarta and hopped a cab to what looked...

We stayed at Casa Fantasia a couple of years ago and liked it enough to book it again this year. It was not as good as we remembered. It is a small boutique hotel with a good location in the romantic zone. The beach is just a couple of blocks away and the Malecon and old town are an easy...

Beautiful courtyard/relaxed atmosphere....the restaurant (in the courtyard) served excellent food! Staff was very nice/friendly. Ric the manager was awesome! He was very helpful/imformative. He helped us get cabs....book daytrips.....helped his staff out..answered any questions we had...always a smile on his face. We...

We always stay at least one night in PV before heading to Yelapa and this year we stayed at Casa Fantasia. We are so happy that we did. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bar and restaurant have terrific food and beverages, but the staff really makes the place special. Helpful, courteous, and always greet you with a smile....

had lunch here. Food very nice , service friendly and good. Atmosphere great as it is in a court yard with a vine wall and many plants which made for a relaxing time. Value was very fair. Water fountain in the middle of the dinning area was enjoyable. Nice breeze flowing through was pleasant. We will be back with friends...

We had a wonderful week at the Casa Fantasia. The room was nicely furnished with antique furniture and pictures, a comfortable bed and ample closet space. The b&b is quiet, even when the restaurant in the patio was full, which it was almost every evening, with quiet music in the background and the fountain adding to the ambiance. The food...
