We had an ocean view room with a living room and bedroom. Two very large and deep sofas. Perfect for afternoon siesta! Kitchen had all we needed. Nice size refrigerator stove top for cooking. Of course a microwave. Quite spacious. The beach is gorgeous. So easy to walk on. There was a bar on the beach for your libations. Many...

Having visited 2 other Mayan proprietary in Mexico, I unfortunately took for granted that the Mayan Sea Garden in Mazatlan would be just as good. My mistake. Nothing opulent, breath taking or even interesting about this property. The buildings are 40+ years old as is the room decor. I will say that as far as functinality, our 2 bedroom was...

Dear Guest: Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback about your stay at Mayan Palace. We are delighted to find out that our staff was welcoming, as this is what we strive for every day. All the same, we are disappointed that we were unable to meet your expectations to the fullest. Walter was very accommodating and nice! Easily my favorite person at the hotel. When deciding hotels I recommend this one just because Walter is so awesome. They just redid the pool and the water feels so awesome too. Go find Walter.

We have had a wonderful stay at this resort so far! The staff is helpful and there are many reasonably priced activities to take part in. But, Walter Kelly has by far been our favorite! He is the activities coordinator. He has invited us to all of the special activities and we have enjoyed them all, from Casino Night to...

Excellent professional massage in a very relaxed setting… One of the best massages that I have ever had by a therapist who teaches other massage therapists. Massage can be arranged by going to the front desk Highly recommended. Very affordable.

The Mayan Palace is about 40 years old. As a resort and hotel it has become quite antiquated. Maintainence has been deferred at the pool and this lovely place has come to its end. We heard that it will be demolished within a few weeks, along with the Sea Garden.

Just spent two weeks at the Mayan Palace. First of all I am an owner at this timeshare. As usual I am pressured to go to the owners update which I detest. It's always the same pitch. Other than that I continue to return to this resort for two reasons. The employees are the BEST! The Joy group of Dalice,...

Spent two weeks at Mayan Palace and had a great time. Everyone there were very nice and very professional. They always had some kind of activities going on and made sure everyone was invited to participate. It was a lot of fun.

this is my first time in the Mayan Palace Mazatlan and to tell everyone the truth it needs more. I think it is more of a sea garden than a Mayan Palace. The hotel is pretty big ig has two pools which needs service. They say they are going to remodel hopefully they do, the waiters are outstanding and the...
