A wonderful visit! The staff at Mayan Palace is extraordinary! The food delightful and facilities nice. The activities director 'Pretty Boy' keeps everyone engaged! Water aerobics is a perfect activity!

Enjoyed our first Vidanta experience enough to buy into their timeshare package. Other locations appear significantly more upscale, but this Mayan Palace & Sea Gardens in Mazatlán are starting major renovations.

Congratulations to the Joy Squad!!! The activities team was very good at getting people involved. They made our stay fun. They were always smiling and would stop and chat with all the guests. We won a few free drinks playing their games.

Just back from Mazatlan so everything is still fresh in my mind. This review is about the hotel and city of Mazatlan. Do not like Mazan Palace that much and here are the reasons: Room: Old and outdated. Need to remodel. Cleanliness: Need to improve. Service: Need to improve. Especially the travel agency desk. I booked tours and they cancel...

It is very chill here. Definitely the place for couples and families. We have a family of 30 here and we love to go on adventures. The stone island tour is definitely a must, very fun for children and all ages!

My wife and I just returned from our stay at the Mayan Palace. Our first holiday in 20 years without the kids. The staff were amazing with the exception of the high pressure timeshare folks. We were pressured as soon as we signed in. I reluctantly agreed but went back the following morning and told them we weren't going. My...

The Mayan Palace Mazatlan was a very nice place to say for our first time in Mazatlan. The staff are fantastic. especially the Joy Squad with Rafael and his little sister Nidia. The bellboys were also really great especially Ricardo. They always greeted us by name and were always happy to see us. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful and always...

Our negative experiences consisted almost entirely of too much noise around the pool area during the day, and in extremely noisy wedding held on the grounds that lasted until midnight, that we had to complain about otherwise it would have lasted until one or 130 in the morning. The service in the main restaurant/dining room was haphazard at best, it...

We stayed at the Mayan Palace from March 11-18, 2017. We have been to rhe Mayan Palace in Playa del Carmen last year and really liked it so felt pretty certain we would like the one in Mazatlan. Our room was identical which was great! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! Ideal for us! We had a one bedroom suite...
