We recently had the pleasure to book a week at this B & B in Mazatlan. The owners, Candice and Jim shared their knowledge and insight about Mazatlan with us every morning over breakfast. They went out of their way to suggest outings and restaurants for us to visit and truly made us feel comfortable in their home. Their B...

We have recently returned from our second stay here. The hosts, Jim and Candace, are what make this such a great place to stay. They are so helpful and friendly that it feels more like staying with good friends than at a hotel. If you prefer the historic old city to the more touristy hotel zone, this is a great...

I have to preface this review by saying I have never reviewed anything ever anywhere (guess i'm selfish like that). But after staying with Jim and Candace at the start of Jan I just have to let the world know just how great this place truly is! We stayed at the Ocean Front Inn for a few days before we...

We have traveled a fair amount over the years and Candace and Jim are two of the best hosts we have ever encountered. The Inn is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean is outstanding. Candace provides excellent information about Mazatlan and the surrounding area. Jim took us fishing and was a great guide. Mazatlan was...

Our stay was for 9 sleeps. The property is very well constructed and maintained. We stayed in room six. This room has some noise from the road. The trick is to sleep through it. Just ensure you are able to sleep soundly. Ear plugs if you are not a sound sleeper. The views from the room are spectacular. The views...

Jim and Candace have always made us feel welcome and safe. The access to their B&B is gated and well controlled and the house is located close to the Old Town, an area where families and lovers comfortably stroll the plazas and streets in the evening..For our dinnesr, we have typically taken the 15 minute walk along the Malecon, accompanied...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the Mazatlan Ocean Front Inn. Jim and Candace were the most gracious hosts, and we felt completely at home and relaxed in their beautiful bed and breakfast. The views of the malecon and the Pacific Ocean were awesome, especially the sunsets from the deck. The location was great too. We were just a short walk...

I'm going to echo what so many others have to say about staying at Candace and Jim's B&B - but it bears repeating: Their detailed knowledge of the city and incredible hospitality (and over-and-above patience with rambunctious 5-year-olds) let us experience Mazatlan in a way we never would have if we'd stayed on the resort/touristy end of town. When we...

Mazatlan Ocean Front Inn is incredible! I had never been to Mexico before this trip with my girlfriends and now I am looking forward to returning and staying at the Bed and Breakfast again!! A definite location to stay at while in Mazatlan; watch the beautiful sunsets, enjoy nice walks along the ocean front, easy walk to the historical district,...
