Front desk: not very efficient Rooms: good size, comfortable but in great need of sun blocking curtains. Cafeteria: don't get the breakfast plan, it's a small crowded place. Have a coffee right outside (it's the best), and have breakfast next corner, at "Terracota" (mmmmhhhhh) Location: right on the center of La Crucecita, the second downtown in Huatulco. Pool: small, cold,...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights as we explored Huatulco. It is not on the beach, rather it is in the center right next to the little park/plaza. This is a hotel that doesn't see a lot of foreign tourists, but I was just fine here. The beds are very comfortable, much softer than the normal rock-hard...

I arrived to this hotel for a one night stay and was ok. It is and old building and it shows which can make it nice colonial style but needs some updating, specially the bath rooms. Employees were friendly but not very efficient in doing their job. It is located in downtown Huatulco not very close to the beach but...

I've stayed here on surf trips to Barra de la Cruz, which is pretty now ruined these days. Thanks Rip Curl. The hotel is one of the better places to stay unless you keep traveling to one of the all inclusive resorts. It's in a great location - cool town square. There is nothing fancy to this place, but the...

My wife already left a review so I won't repeat it. Obvious the hotel is not maintaining the rooms. In addition to what ChairMtnGranny posted, there is also tile missing. Front desk person was very non-responsive. It took about 15-20 minutes for her to check us in. She had to call someone and then enter info into her computer and...

No drinking water (bottled), no hand towels, no glasses, barely warm water, no kleenex, no remote control for tv and doorknob was almost off because it was next to impossible for key to work. When asked for anyone that could understand english, the desk clerk said no one could so no complaint could be made.

I will start by saying that Crucecita, in Bahias de Huatulco has been an amazing experience, and everything and everybody (except for this hotel) has been very helpful and friendly. I recommend to come to Huatulco, just stay away from this hotel/restaurant. Fortunately we stayed in another hotel, which was very good. The problem was that we decided to have...

I would give this place four stars, but the beds are horrible. After surfing one of the best in the world - I won't say the name, instead I'll let Rip Curl screw it up for everyone by bringing the world tour to one of the best right point breaks in Mexico, perhaps the world. So the secret is out,...

I stayed here for two weeks, one week was for a convention and the rest of the time I relaxed. The hotel is opposite the town square and all the rooms had balconies, though only to stand on.
