If they had not tried to force us to buy their resort products, it would had been as great family vacations as we always enjoy.. Service can be sometimes good and sometimes can improve a lot. The pools from the beach area were dirty and smelled rear. Food and beverages in average, good portions and reasonable prices.

The Mayan Golf is part of the Mayan Palace where my family and I vacationed for Spring Break this year! This was part of our time share, and we wanted to enjoy the sunshine and stay at a safe location; the Mayan Golf was it! The staff was warm and welcoming and by the time, we knew them by name....

We came from Chicago and there is no direct flights to Acapulco. We had an hour and a half layover in Mexico City. When you get off the plane, you must go through immigration. That took over an hour to get through. We ran to our luggage and went through customs. Praise God the light turned green and we did...

My family & I spent a week in Mayan Acapulco Golf, it is very memorable & relaxing ! Staff are warm & friendly, I was able to communicate fairly well with my Spanglish knowledge. As expected, most of them don't speak English but throw in some gestures & you'll be fine. We took the free shutlle back & forth to...

We LOVED the Mayan resorts in Acapulco. SEA GARDEN I was by myself the first week and stayed at the lower-end Sea Garden (has the fantastic Italian restaurant). Because of the lower number of guests and the smaller sized resort, there were less staff, but they all came to know me and made me feel incredibly welcome. Knowing me also...

The staff at the Mayan Palace Acapulco are the warmest people on Earth. While our Spanish is minimal at best every person greets you with a smile and covers their heart so you never feel a communication gap. Hector the bellman was such an attentive and accommodating help to us. You need to stay here!!!

This was a beautiful resort. It had plenty of things to do, lots of restaurants and was right by the beach. We originally were supposed to stay at the Mayan Golf which is a shuttle ride to the beach but was upgraded to the Mayan Playa which was very nice and right on the beach. I had to go through...

Mayan Palace is a great compliment to its sister resort Grand Mayan. Very close to walk to and enjoy. Different pools and set up. Pool bar at top level. Private children's pool. Excellent service all around. Charge everything to room in both resorts.

My husband, daughter, Daughter's friend and I stayed here for a week. We had an amazing time. The hotel was nice, but not right on the beach. The staff was incredible, friendly and very accommodating. Although the hand on the heart every time they greeted me made me a bit uncomfortable. The pools were clean and they have an amazing...

We spent a wonderful week ( March 5th to the 12th) at the Mayan Golf...a "sister" to Mayan Palace. Although all the facilities at the Palace are open to the Mayan Golf, we rarely left the premises. A shuttle runs to the Palace if you want to go to the beach, use the gym or the spa. Both places have...
