Loved the lunch and beers. Good service and nice atmosphere.it's been renovated since we were here last year.try the queso fundido! The entire building has been painted white on the outside so it's easy to find, tallest building near the border.

I have visited this place three times. Hotel is nice. Is probably my favorite place for dinner and drinks in the whole of Nogales. Service is excellent, and drinks are the best in Nogales, especially the Tamarind Margarita.

We live in Nogales, AZ and we "cross the line" regularly to shop, dine, and visit friends. We had heard (mostly from Anglos) that one just has to try Fray Marcos. We did, and we will not again. The dining room was understaffed. It was the Friday lunch sitting, and my wife ordered fish--they had none! Then we waited and waited... More

Loved it...yes loved it. Very close to USA-Mexico border, at proximity with cafes, taxis stand, local market. Staffs of both restaurant and hotel are very courteous and always eager to help you. Language may be a problem with some of them but they try to converse the best they can do. Others are fluent and very helpful to help you... More

We stayed here for 5 nights while doing service work in Nogales. We were very comfortable and found the staff to be extremely helpful. The breakfasts were exceptionally good and the bar was a happy place to be. They even have an old elevator which is operated by a staff member.

We stopped in here twice in the last month for lunch. It's very authentic Mexican food and has friendly bilingual waiters. Try the queso fundido with chorizo. This place is clean and very affordable. I WILL RETURN!

I stayed 3 nights in this charming hotel. I was in town for a friend's graduation so having transportation to get to a different point in the city on a moment's notice was a must. It wasn't an issue at all. The hotel will call for a site taxi and within minutes you'll be on your way. The hotel grounds... More

I RATE THE RESTAURANT 6 STARS!!!we did not stay in the hotel. On trip advisor The restaurant and bar is not listed separately from the hotel. We came to the bar in the evening and found it so cozy clean and friendly. I read about the rest. From the hotel review. When one person did not like the bacon for... More

We enjoyed a tasty, efficient, and friendly meal with visiting family. The Cocido soup was tasty and chockablock with vegetables. Chiles Rellenos met expectations so good for an early lunch. The guacamole was artfully presented - cold beer but slightly bland margaritas. The staff, especially Adrian, were most gracious in assisting with a wheelch chair. Much appreciated.
