Nice clean hotel. Rooms were great. I would def stay here again. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. They have drivers that will take you where you want to go. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I was not provided the service from Otay Mesa land crossing. They will not provide that service. Either take uber or public transport from SD Airport to the San Ysidro border and then cross the border and take a local taxi to Grand Hotel or call the front desk and check if they provide service from SY border crossing. They may provide service from TJ International airport. In Mexico bargain with the taxi driver. It may cost 7-8 dollars .
