We stayed this Labor Day weekend 3 nights with my wife and 3 children.
We stayed in Mini Suite #25
Upon arrival there is no concierge of any type to help with our luggage to the room.
The locks on the room barely worked.
The assistant manager was unaccommodating and rude. No to much good things to say about the place. paid twice the going rate for this town for nothing.
Management has no clue what customer service is. ):

We did not have anyone at the front desk that was male. The person that checked us in was "sufficient" but not very welcoming. The other staff at the front desk we encountered were a bit more friendly but sure not very knowledgeable. I had to go back twice to find someone who know the WIFI code. It will be interesting to see if you hear from them. It does not appear they read any of these reviews.
