We went for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel is like a horror story we had to take stairs to the 4th floor to our room then we get our room and the bathroom was full of water phones didn't work oh the worse no ac in the whole building it was pricey and worst service ever...

We had a bathroom with hair on the shower walls like when you shave and clean the shaver by tapping on the wall. The sink has stains, curtains stink, no air conditioning, towels were clean but stained. Service was nice but we were afraid to sleep without pajamas. Staff is unfriendly, horrible hotel, don't come First of all the staff at the entrance don't even speak English, I was trying to communicate with them and they didn't even let us go with mi parents in other room while we were waiting for the room. The rooms are awful, horrible, smells like piss

Me and my friends reserve 2night in the worst hotel, we stay there 20 minutes and smell bad,worst service ever no AC, no screen window, the carpet was so nasty, TV didn't work, the light in the night stand didn't hade a light bulb, front door was heating the carpet. People never stay in this crappie hotel

Room dirty, stained bed sheets, bathroom falling apart, smells awful, tv didn't work, windows welded shut, elevators didn't and we were on the 4th floor, so disgusting, it is nothing as it shows on the website pictures, please don't be fooled. This is a 0 rating Hotel... We checked out eventually and went to Rosarito Beach Hotel...

We had reservations at this hotel this past weekend (9/23/16) and we ended up changing hotels. The main reason was because it was not located where we thought it would be. The strangest thing was that we put in the address (the receptionist confirmed the address) and then we pinned our location (standing from the lobby) and they were not...

The hotel was terrible by far one of the crappiest hotel I had ever stayed, walked in the room, it was poorly maintenance, there was mold in the bathroom, you had to flush the toilet twice, the bed sheets were dirty, the tv didnt work, the telephone was not even plugged in, you have to paid a 20 dollar deposit...

With all the reviews i read I was expecting something like a motel hell, It is a old hotel that can pass for a motel, the rooms we chose were on the fifth floor, it was clean and towels and sheets were ok, although I took my own just because of some of what I read. I could had use...

This is our go to hotel in Rosarito, we have been here multiple times, its not at all fancy, its old and has many quirks; however, if you plan on going to Rosarito to explore this region of Baja and not hang out the entire time in a hotel then this is decent, it meets the basic needs. The price...

Super dirty,Roaches, trash on floors, dirty toilet, sand on shower. Never staying here again. Hair on pillowcases. We complain to front desk ( 2 young teenagers working there) they didn't care , all they said " Oh Ok"
