I stayed here for three nights during a scuba diving trip. I would return. Pros: - email communications in advance was good - price was acceptable for the Los Cabos region - location was very convenient - across the street from dock where dive boat picks up, minutes walk to affordable authentic Mexican food, Malecon boardwalk for strolling and five...

Was a little hesitant to share this review but more business is better I suppose. We went to La Paz for a short vacation. Originally we were staying with family, but decided to get hotel room last minute. We walked around the Malecon pricing the rooms. We passed this place, almost dismissing it but decided to check it out.So glad...

We had a nice stay at this posada. We didn't particularly enjoy La Paz, itself, but this accommodation definitely improved our experience. The location was ideal, right on the Malecon, a five minute walk to the bus station, and right in the middle of the restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff we super nice and they helped us with all...

My friend and I arrived a day after our wives and the entire staff greeted us like long lost family. Too far to walk to the malecon but the staff gets cabs very quickly. All meals but one was delicious. The rooms were modern and clean. The pool inviting. Modestly priced.

Was a little reluctant to write this reveiw. Kinda like your favorite fishing hole. The Posada de la Mision is the best kept secret in La Paz but is a secret that should get out. Stayed for the last two days of carnaval 2015 and a few times before that. My balcony, which looked out on the malecon and the...

This is a fantastic hotel right on the Malecon in La Paz. The hotel is lean & the rooms we stayed in on the second floor are very large and have a kitchen if you enjoy home cooked meals. Stay on the second floor if you can but note there are no elevators.

Love the clean quiet apartment, the location on the Malecon and 2 blocks from the bus station, having a kitchen, the friendly helpful staff. A step up for we budget travelers, but still a great value.

This hotel was the best value, and by far more accommodating than the rest of our picks on the trip to Baja, Califrnia Sur. Front desk staff (especially Cristina) were excellent, helpful and very professional. The room is actually a suite, with dining and kitchenette. Its location on the main La Paz seafront promenade can be both an advantage and...

Just got back from La Paz. My family of four stayed at Hotel Posada de la Mision for 3 nights. First of all, the women who work at the front desk and the owner (who also puts in her time at the front desk) are super helpful. The owner recently purchased the hotel and has been steadily upgrading it. As...
