We were dissapointed ..The staff doesnt speak any english and even check in was a massive issue for them, the staff didnt have a clue what they are doing. The superior room wasnt worth the money at all.The shower and wifi was working very poorly, shelves, hangers and lights in the room were broken. The electricity and lights didnt work in many places in the hotel. The hotel also offer a breakfast but did not do one. The toilets in main hallway were absolutely disgusting and dirty,no soap and toilet paper as well. The hotel needs a maintanance and a new staff. We left this hotel after one night.
We had a room with sea view. The room was right on the corner of the building so we had a huge balcony and two big windows towards the sea. Fabulous! The personal from the reception was nice. Breakfast was half buffet (salad, juice, coffee etc) and half "a la carte". On the a la carte menu you could choose one course with eggs (omelette, scrambled eggs etc) and one course consisted of Thai food (noodles/ rice with chicken or prawns). The food had a good taste.
The room I stayed in is definitely a bit dated but overall nice and clean. The hotel has a great location. Close to everything and you can literally walk a few steps and you’re on the beach, where the sunsets are incredible. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
The hotel wasn't what they promise you. The staff doesn't speak English which makes it very difficult to complain. Their was a bar at the street which was very loudly and you couldn't sleep from the noise till 3am. And we slept at the 5th floor! even with earplugs in, you still couldn't speak to each other from the loud music... After 2 nights complaining, we got another room... The rooms weren't nice or clean... when they cleaned the room our stuff was just thrown on the ground, they went through your luggage and clothes, because dirty clothes suddenly law between fresh/clean clothing.. And our medicines and earphones were stolen from the room.... The safe, wasn't safe because if you left the room for more than 1h and you entered back, the safe just popped open... They also took money from our VISA-card. Booking said it was 416€ but they just take another exchange rate en took 456€ from our VISA card! THAT'S STEALING MONEY!!! And you can't complain, because the staff and the manager we spoke, all don't speak English, they just now 1 or 2 sentences....…
Cad $60 for this hotel was good value. The front desk was courteous and had a nice large room with a balcony. I rented a scooter from the concierge desk and went well, they also arranged for my airport transfer and went perfect. I thought I had lost my key card and they wanted to charge me $25 for a new one which I found outrageous. Apart from that, thumbs ups, good deal!
I've stayed in several hotels along the beach area before, this one is very good value, the plot is long narrow, with the small hotel block near the road but no traffic noise, the beach view rooms are in the main building other rooms are along the walkway to breakfast, restaurant area at the beach edge. Its not a large hotel, not noisy, the room, breakfast both very good, very good location for walking to shops right outside hotel or along the road. The staff when I needed help very helpful. Will stay again there
newly refurbish and rebranded (1 year old) hotel. location very good. walking distance to everything (jetty, restaurants (and halal eateries), souvenirs, 7 eleven. Only the pool not so good. Small and seems not properly maintained on the poolside. the rest (wifi, cleanliness, design ) are all good
Hotel Near to Aonang beach & food stall, room is clean. The poor thing is sounds proof very poor, tv from other room or people walking able to hear clearly & the swimming pool is run down, no body maintain at all.
The hotel room is perfect size for couple. Nice bathroom with glass wall. The hotel is just right at Aonang beach. You can have breakfast on the beachfront. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a convenient store just right in front of the hotel. Overall is excellent with this price. I definitely come back and recommend to friends.
We arrived at 8.30am and the staff made it possible to check-in at 12noon. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. Hotel is on the beach front and smack-dab in the middle of shops, restaurants and massage centres. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel.
