I wish to give a 6 star if available. The hospitality was really great and wish to come back if I again come to Krabi. The staff over here are very kind and courteous. I recommend people to choose this place if they visit Krabi.
Water charges were too high and normal drinking water was not served and when filled from canteen then lady shouted at me and told that she would charge 350 bath and she she spilled that water in wash room but she didn’t want us to drink.
One of the best hotel in Ao Nang. Check in process was smooth, receptionist are very friendly and take care of your checkin without any hustle. Rooms are big and spacious. We stayed in the pool view room, nice view. Krabi is still waiting for tourists. Not even 50% hotels occupied, many shops are still vacant. Less crowd means things r pretty cheap and u can do a good bargain. Railey beach is awesome, me and my son enjoyed swimming and kayaking at Raliey. We also went for sun set and kayaking tour but unfortunately there was low tide so could not take our kayaking boat in the mountains. Overall good hotel. They do not serve any Indian food in the breakfast. Indian restaurants are 1 km away, so if u have small kids then every time u have to do tuk tuk which they charge around 100 bath one way. Madras Cafe and Indian corner are good restaurants.…
Stayed for 11 nights in April. Hotel is beautiful with exceptionally clean rooms and friendly staff. The drive to the hotel a night is a little off putting as the Ramada and Icon Hotels are still closed so the street is very dark. But the hotel doesn’t disappoint when you get there. We had swim up rooms but had a slight issue with the pool for the last few days when the pump wasn’t working and it became cloudy. The maintenance staff were quick to fit an external pump. Room service was great and lovely cocktails but we did miss pancakes and a greater variety at breakfast this may have been as they hotel was still quiet. The pool bar not yet open.
I came to this hotel with some expectations, but the reality was different. The hotel is far from the beach and any shopping. At night (read after 6:20pm when it gets pitch dark here), the streets are dark and it's a challenge finding the place. The rooms are straight out of the 80ies of the last century, service - what service? People try to be nice, but they have no idea of service. If you want no sockets in the bathroom, no USB charging, if you want sewer smell and air conditioning blasting onto your bed while you sleep, if you want no soap by the sink, and owners who look the other way when you express a concern, stay here. The pillows are horrible too and there are no watchable tv channels either (low res tv anyway). If it sounds like I did not enjoy my stay, you got it! People here appear greedy and unconcerned about anything else but money. Thai smiles - maybe, except know that they are fake! Remember this is the south!…
This is the most wonderful hotel i ever had visited. The pictures of the hotel is acctually the same as in the reality! Nice and good service! Very Nice breakfast! Visited the hotel in february 2020. Really recommend this hotel!
If you find someplace for special memories, I would like to share my experience with Deevana Plaza Krabi Aonang ❤ - hotel design 9/10 - cleanliness (in room 10/10 public area 10/10) - friendliness / services hospitality 10/10 - hotel's facilities 10/10 - food & beverage taste 9/10 - value (food & beverage 10/10 accommodation 10/10) Overall for this property 9.5/10 🥰 PERFECT & RECOMMENDED
Deevana is not in Krabi central, more Aunang. HIGHLY recommend All rooms are good, clean, comfortable and spacious. But this year we booked 2 rooms with private patio onto the swimming pool. What can I say. Absolutely wonderful. Patio gets sun first thing in morning so not too hot in the afternoon. Location: within easy walking distance of any activities you want but on a quiet side road. Food: only stayed in for Breakfast but what a breakfast. Any choice you want. How exactly my son-in-law managed to eat 3 different types of curry for breakfast is beyond me. Food is constantly replenished so always a good supply. Evening meals are on offer but we always went out. General atmosphere. Quiet, although one inconsiderate resident assumed we all wanted to listen to his music blasted over the balcony. A simple phone call to reception and this was dealt with. It helps that the swimming pool is long and narrow and threads through the grounds so no huge number of people congregating and playing dive bombing. Many shallow areas for children. Other facilities. Creche and Gym Staff really helpful and polite. We booked transfer to and from airport with them which all went very smoothly…
A perfect place to stay for all, young, old or families with young children. You are made to feel welcome from the minute you set foot in their beautiful lobby. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Kettle, tea, coffee and water was provided. Free wifi, pool gown and slippers. Restaurant downstairs, The Kingfisher is lovely and chilled with great food and a great buffet breakfast. Cocktails especially good. Awesome pools surrounding the complex and the most helpful and friendly staff ❤
We arrived here early in the morning about 12.30 after our organised transport did not turn up at the airport and therefore had to organise and pay for a taxi from Phuket Airport which takes about 2 hours by road Greeted by the night staff and luggage taken directly to our room . Lovely hotel and location. Breakfast very good and a very good choice of food including hot and cold menus. Eggs and Omeletes in plentiful supply together with fruit , cereal ,tea and coffee . The swimming pool goes around the hotel with plenty of places to lounge and bars to order drinks and further food if required during the day. Children orintated and many staying at the hotel. Surprisingly many couples came from Poland and while we were there we were invited to one of the evenings which was very enjoyable. Reception staff very organised and helpful . Hotel in walking distance of the town and promenade Plenty of places to eat around but the hotel also offers 3 set menus in the evening consisting of about 20 dishes so there is plenty to choose from . A very enjoyable place to relax and stay .…
