Never been to Thailand before this was our first hotel of 3 for the holiday. Nice friendly welcome on arrival, our room was ready early so they let us in early, which was much appreciated! The rooms were clean and air conditioning 24 hours. There is a small pool, which we didn’t use as our on day trips all the time. Never ate at the hotel as there a lots of restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach which has a stunning sunset. Krabi is beautiful.
Well what can I say? An adventure we decided to take, never been to Thailand before, and we had a great experience. Great hotel, fantastic staff, who supported us with any query we had. They helped us in decisions on trips that were suitable, and exciting for us!! We went to cookery class, Temple and speedboat trip to islands around. The hotel rooms were fantastic, nothing too much to ask. Located to a great street market, food was exceptional 😄👌
Hotel is about 200 m from Nopparahara Beach and 1,2 km from Aonang Beach. Close to shops, restauarants and shops like 7 eleven. Quit area, nice for walking or just relax on Nopparathara Beach, this beach is 3,5 km, clean and with nice sand. For family, you can order a lot of different trips, by long tail bout, or bus. Have been on this place meny times, and i thing the beach and street er cleaner than before. You can enjoy Thai Boxing, Elephant tracking, Hot spring, waterfall, mountain climbing and a loth of different think closer than 1 hour. But this is more quiet than Phuket and Pattaya, but nice for couple and family.
Recently stayed at Apsari Krabi. Pro's good location near centre area. Good size rooms which are cleaned daily. Air con good 24 hour supermarket outside. Staff friendly. Cons pool is narrow and in-between blocks so doesn't get sun all day. Not many sunbeds. Food basic but eatable. Worse things are the late check in when you have to wait until 2pm to check into the room. The other negative which is not the hotels fault is the strong smell of sewage that drifts along the main Street. My conclusion, hotel is ok and does the job for short stays. If coming on a Tiu Multi trip holiday then the Holiday Inns are better, but further out of Town.
We stayed at the Apasari hotel for 14 nights. It was a very pleasant stay :) The hotel area was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and it was cleaned daily. We received 2 complimentary water bottles each day. Our balcony was on the pool side. Breakfast was splendid. There was different warm dishes each day. The only not so good thing is the pool area. It's a small area and surrounded by buildings so sometimes it's a bit difficult to get a sunbed from the sunny side. The location was excellent. You can easily walk to the center and there is also many low-priced restaurants nearby on the same street.
We had a lovely stay at Apasari Krabi hotel for two weeks. The hotel is nice, small but not too small. The staff was very helpful and all went well. The pool was perfect for swimming too because it’s so long (about 25 m). Breakfast was good and there were every day different warm dishes. Massage also available at the hotel and we enjoyed it almost every day. Peaceful and nice - would go again.
Stayed here over Christmas for 2 weeks. Couldn't fault this hotel, it was perfect for our needs .It's central to the beaches, shops, restaurants and markets but also in a quiet location with no night noise.Staff were friendly and helpful and very hard working. The pool gets mainly afternoon sun but it didn't bother us as we headed to the beach most days anyway. The time we did spend around the pool was tranquil and relaxing. Stayed in room 419 overlooking pool on fourth floor. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels provided. Theres a kettle, coffee and whitener provided. If you want tea bags either take some with you or go to little shop next door. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Went on three Tui trips whilst there - Elephant sanctuary and river rafting in Khao Sok which was absolutely fantastic, Tiger Cave Temple, challenging to get to the top but worth it for views and a snorkelling trip which was good but too long a boat ride to Khao Rok. Tui rep Elena was great, always helpful and friendly! We caught a long tail boat over to Railay Island. Just get a ticket from a booth on the beach costing £5pp return and have a lovely day out on Railay or Phra Nang beach. You can catch a boat back when you are ready. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from near Apasari. we liked Hippies as it had friendly staff, inexpensive delicious food and live music but also King's Kitchen was good and there are plenty of eateries overlooking the beach not a long walk from the hotel where you an watch the sunset. Our favourite was the last Fisherman. I want to say a big THANK YOU to Apasari for helping us have a wonderful, memory -making holiday. Tips - download movies onto your phone or device before you go if you are going to miss TV as its not great. You may have to wait for your room to be ready when you arrive so pop shorts, t-shirt suncream in your hand luggage so you can get changed in the toilet, grab a sunbed and start your holiday.(otherwise the heat will hit you sat waiting fully clothed in reception) Ask about your room at about 10am as ours was ready at 11.30 am so not bad really.…
We were so pleasantly suprised with our stay. For starters hotel is located in a fab area not far from two lovely beaches also loads of places to eat and drink near by with the night market a 5 min walk away from hotel. So we couldn’t fault the location! Rooms are big we had two double beds, air con is nice & cold and are balcony had a nice view. Also Wifi works really well in the room and there was two english channels. Breakfast was included when we booked and we were happy with the choices, loads of bread / bacon / sausage / beans / fruit like pineapple, melon etc / Cereals / Pancakes and french toasts. We loved the breakfast. The only downfalls of the hotel would be the pool isnt very big at all and very limited amount of sunbeds also only certain parts of the pool get sun due to the buildings so get down early and figure out where will the sun will be & Also wish the TV could have been abit bigger with a few more english speaking channels but apart from that the hotel is really good. Would definitly stay again! …
Nice hotel, nice big rooms & cleaned daily. Hard to get sun round the pool so we did all our day trips whilst we was here. Was a short stay which I’m thankful for as wouldn’t want to have stayed longer than 4 nights.
I am currently staying at the Apasari. This is my 2nd visit to this hotel in 2 years and I am still amazed at the quality and service given at such a remarkable price. I upgraded to a pool access room (you can barter the price and get a bargain) which is well worth the money if you worship the sun like me as you can sunbathe from early morning to approx 2 PM on your private balcony before the balcony is in the shadows. Firstly bad bits: 1. 2 hour journey from Phuket airport via private taxi, which I recommend for the minimal extra charge. Taxi stops for a toilet break after about an hour. Yep that's the bad bits all done 😊 Good Bits: 1. Pool access rooms are quite large with 2 double beds. Bathroom holds a shower with a large rain shower head and a bath with a hand shower attachment. 2. 40 " TV.... channel 7 fox movies are in English. 3. Large wardrobe space and if you need more hangers just ask at reception and they will supply them. 4. Safe in room no extra cost. 5. kettle, tea & coffee provided along with 2 bottles of free water a day. 6. Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily. If you want your bedding changed there is a little card that you need to place on the bed. 7. The air conditioning is fantastic. 8. free pool towels daily. 9. breakfast is good and offers the usual omelette station cooked fresh, cereals, toast- jam, butter, marmalade etc. You are also offered sausages, bacon, rice, noodles, curry, chicken, fruit and pancakes. All staff can not do enough to make your holiday special. Places to eat there are too many to name. Directly outside the hotel on the opposite side of the road there are a few little cafes that offer a wide range of food that is excellent quality and tastes delicious and are very cheap. Further a field if you went to the end of the road and turned right and followed the road round you will go past the Holiday Inn and then you would come to the night market which has quite a few food stalls. It you went to the bottom of the road and turn left further up the hill you come to the main strip of AO Nang with loads of restaurants and street food places. There is also a Mc Donald's and a Burger King there is also a couple of Irish bars. I would strongly advise not to visit the Chinese restaurant on the left before you hit the main strip as it isn't very good and is quite expensive.…
