I didn't hire a scooter but kids I went on a trip with did and they wanted to keep their passport as security and then wanted more money to give it back so be careful. I loved the Emerald pool , the waterfall was closed... More

There is no elevator, so if stairs are a problem for you than you may want to contact them ( or any hotel you are looking into) to ask about ground level accomadations. It has been our experience that most budget priced... More
