One night stay here, twin room inc. breakfast. Room was nicely decorated, comfy beds, compact but well equipped en suite. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a treat, just had to fill out a card with our choices and time and leave this in the hallway in the box provided. When we sat down to eat the following morning, everything... More

Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean. Also a lovely breakfast. The room had all the things that you will need after a long day with tea and biscuits. I was made to feel very comfortable. Would definitely return! With easy access to Lincoln (it's not in the city, but 20 minutes drive or bus) and good access to the main... More

I only stayed one night, but there was a stand out feature of my stay; service. The room was spacious and very clean as was the en suite (I had a twin room). But as well as showing me to the room, Jo asked if I would prefer fresh milk for my tea / coffee. Even in 4 star hotels... More

We only stayed for one night, weren't really looking for much to be fair, just the place to sleep after a night out. It turned out to be excellent though. Very nice, chatty owner, made everyone laugh with his comments, was even singing at breakfast. Our room was very very clean and nicely decorated in modern, fresh colours. Tiny little... More

Reception staff (who turned out to be the owner) quirky to say the least - shorts, pretty shirt, no socks - with a line in banter based on his entertainment background. Only there for one night, but room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast filling and butter for the toast was not the frozen brick that you get in a lot... More

We stayed for 3 nights in Sept 16. This was the 3rd b&b we had stayed at during this years holiday. Clearly they love their business. Everything was very clean and tidy. Lots of nice extra touches such as the home made buscuits in the room which were topped up daily. OS maps of the area and walking guide books... More

We stayed here for four nights. Everything was exceptional. Free parking, free wifi , home made biscuits, comfortable clean room with en suite shower room. Breakfast cooked exactly as you like. Perfect poached eggs, thanks Jo. From the moment we arrived Mick made us welcome. We had a great time, would highly recommend the Loudor.
