Like so many others we got stuck in beautiful Lysebotn. Everything was fully booked, but the manager was so helpful and gave us a tent to sleep in, which in this weather totally saved our butts.

For camping in your own tent I do not think a reservation is needed. For booking a room you can google for "Kjerag Lysebotn Camping Resort" and get their contact details under the link for "visitlysefjorden"
