We came here as a stopover point between Salzburg and Venice. The bed and breakfast is positioned perfectly and just a short distance from Verona. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and made to feel at home by one of the gracious owners, Gianni. As an added bonus, we enjoyed delicious, mmm... cookies and wine while we checked in. We stayed in the Giovo room (which is one of the higher end ones) and it was wonderful. The room design is very unique, bay windows overlooking a small town and vast areas of vineyards...breathtaking. All in all, a great experience, and highly recommended if you are looking for an upscale but unpretentious inn.

This beautiful home is surrounded by apple orchards and vineyards with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. However, the brothers Beniamino and Giannii Franch and their wives are what makes this BnB so special. The homemade apple juice, cookies, pastries, speck and formaggio for breakfast satisfied my appetite for the rest of the day and was served with pride, love, and friendliness. The air at night refreshed my sleep even further. This special place is a must for anyone visiting the Trentino area.

What makes Maso Pomarolli such a special place is not just its gorgeous setting - perched at the top of a hill with sweeping vistas across apple orchards and vineyards, with a backdrop of snowcapped mountains, it's one of the best we enjoyed in Italy. What makes it special is the friendly charm of its owners, who built the clean, comfortable, and modern home themselves, and continue to care for those who travel to it with top-notch pride and warmth. From fresh and delicious meals to just the perfect recommendations for hiking and sightseeing, everything they shared with us was just wonderful. MP made for the ideal base of operations for the region, and a high point - literally and figuratively! - of our honeymoon. From the homemade jams and brandies to enjoying meals with other friendly guests to a stunning double rainbow (!) over the valley, every moment we spent at Maso Pomarolli was a treasure.
