It has a very peaceful and beautiful surroundings and a spacious car park. It has a more spacious hall with an attractive lighting system. Very clean premises with very friendly staff. We were delighted with the delicious food and drinks. they were very attentive to our needs and eager to fulfill them until the end of the event.Facilities were provided at very concessional rates and arrangements were made to provide certain things for free. Could not think of a more peaceful, relaxing spot than Tamarind Tree after a frustrating two stop on Malaysian Airlines, who lost a suitcase. Tamarind Tree is so tranquil and pretty you forget it all. There's an enormous swimming pool, beautiful gardens filled with beautiful smells from the indigenous trees and fruits. There's even a couple of ponies grazing away in the gardens. The villas themselves are spacious and comfortable, with lots of rooms to share or escape to - and amazing balconies where you can take in the greenery. The restaurant is fantastic, especially the Sri Lankan food, like the fluffy morning hoppers, but really it was hard to pick a highlight. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. They actually helped find my lost suitcase - a week after it went missing, BEFORE Malaysian Airlines could establish it was lost. …

We had one of the most memorable batch party at Tamarind tree garden resort and all of us had grate time. After couple of years we have arranged this event and special thanks go to Tamarind tree garden resort staff for the grate service to make this event for memorable one. Also excellent service provided by all staff and food is delicious. Also they have very reasonable rate for bits. They have full buffet with different variety of foods. Everyone enjoyed food. We use Banquet hall for our morning session till lunch after that we use pool side for our other entertainment. It have very beautiful garden and pool for any kind of event. Also front office staff arrange us their meeting room for pack our gifts and keep till next day. They always went extra mile and help us. Special thanks go to front office staff for their excellent service. Highly recommend for anyone to have functions or over night stay. They have very good package for get together or any event. The hospitality and the service at our engagement was exceptional and ideal for outdoor functions as the hotel filled with greenery. This is a great hotel. it's such a beautiful Magical place. We had our Finetex Private Limited Annual Get Together at Tamarind Tree Garden Resort. Everything was of Top standard. The deco throughout was so lovely. All the things are clean and well-maintained. All staff members of Tamarind tree were very friendly and attentive, This location has a great set of people. Food Is excellent, Special thanks to the GM Mr.Cyril, Executive Chef Mr.Sunil Fernando and his team, the Front Office management team ( Mr.Clement and Mrs.Nishani), and needed to highlight the hard-working F & B Team of TTGR for helping us to succeed in our event. We had the company Christmas party at Tamarind tree hotel and it was a fabulous experience. It was a poolside event and was a perfect and a spacious location. Staff was very supportive and each and everyone of them were ready to go an extra mile to make our night memorable. Special thanks to the Chef as he had given us support in every possible way to make our event a success. Really appreciate the attention Chef and his team had given to every detail to make our event successful. Food was delicious. We had our wedding reception on October 2022 at this amazing hotel. A hidden gem closer to Katunayaka International Airport, with an immaculate massive garden space with a calming ambience, picturesque photo locations and delicious food. Great place to host events ( indoor or outdoor) as well as for vacation getaways for family. Hats off to Tamarind Tree Garden staff for all the support and welcome you've given us to make us feel like we're home. Highly recommended.
