Stayed at this hotel whilst visiting friends. The staff on arrival were really friendly and offered to help with my bags. The room was comfortable although a little outdated. Could do with a refurb but this would not put me off staying again. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the ladies were pleasant and polite.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and have stayed here before. The staff are good and the food (breakfast) was good. Most of the rooms are in an annex which means you have to go outside to get to them. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the decor and fittings look tired and old fashioned. The room...

Stayed many times as I have friends in the area. Hotel is good and convenient location for Lymm town centre and for business into Manchester. Rooms could do with a bit of a refresh now, but staff are always great.

Stayed here on Saturday night. On checking in, my heart sank... There was a wedding on. [Note - there are events on every weekend apparently, so check carefully before booking]. Oh dear, I thought... Yet another hotel where I won't get any sleep - see reviews passim. Anyway, the very nice, friendly receptionist managed to allocate both of the booked...

Lovely position and gardens, beds comfortable and room very nice and clean. We found the staff helpful and friendly and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Plenty of safe parking at rear of hotel which many of the rooms overlook.

Average hotel that has seen better days. Comfortable enough. Breakfast average. Very nice polite staff. I would stay there if I needed to visit Lymm again. I don't like fingerprints on paintwork or black spots of mould around the bathtub. You asked, I told.

Hotel bar area is lovely and staff amazing. Bedroom leaves a bad memory of what could have been a great stay. The bathroom was avacado green which I recall my grandparents having. The door to the bathroom stuck when opening, the room walls are paper thin and the bed was the squeekiest I've ever slept on. Every movement it made...

The hotel itself is welcoming and pleasant, however the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The furnishings are tired and dated. Really old fashioned and basic. Staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from Lymm centre where there are a number of nice restaurants and pubs.
